Bready steady go is a pathetic experience for me for the following reasons. They didn't have water ready for customers on table ,neither they offered for one. When asked why ? The staff says "you should have asked for one". Found a moustache hair in my food. People don't customise as per jain servings...if they do they have a very limited options. 4.service staff takes million ages to serve food. Each food takes 25 mins to come to the table even if you go in hours where it's not very busy. They can't handle 2 tables, forget about the service if people are overly occupied. Expensive food but little amount and ofc and stupid service (especially with hair) Water leaks on you if it's raining from the roof ..shows up their poor infrastructure. Tasteless food, people didn't add salt into my pasta and put hairs instead ..so funny. 8.fries were full of salt , only good part was air fried...I'm drinking lot of water to manage my body at home rn.
The support team fighting here on reviews should improve their food service and food on ground ..rather than to bandage with stupid excuses.
As I knew it , support team is in an another round of speaking shit. It's our courtesy that we didn't make a big issue in the restaurant and we asked the chef Directly to change the food. Your worthless chef saw the hair himself, ask him rather than fighting. You have the audacity to question me rather than to your worthless chef
We come from a culture where Upanishads say " Annam brahma" Food is god. So we don't insult food which is on table. We don't have bad values as the admin does and on top of it, we have paid money to it. It's interesting that how this admin projects his incompetence and bad values upon others.
Salt in the food was offered when we asked for it..but that's not the exact point..your chefs are worthless they don't know to make a simple pasta and you are defending their incompetence.
Airfry takes 15 mins? Ok assumed..do you airfry your pasta as well? Which takes 25-30 mins to come ? Come up with some good arguments Einstein.
You know what you can't even survive a year or 2. Keep fighting here in...

The location & Cafe: The cafe is centrally located in Jayanagar, next to Shanti Nursing home. While the place is relatively small, it is tastefully designed with contemporary murals, lighting and the artistic touch creates an ambience full of energetic vibes.
Food : For a place as small as this one, the menu is super huge and has wide variety of blended and authentic Italian, Mexican and Indian food items. There are also a lot of innovative dishes such as the pasta boat, and also the sheer variety in each dish is amazing. There is half a dozen types of French fries alone, each with distinct flavour and taste. The Panini's have equal variety too. We loved the peri peri mini burgers, Nachos and herb, basil pizza. What sets this place apart from other cafe's with similar menu is the taste and more importantly, the presentation and plating.
Pricing & service: The place is slightly pricey and has self service only but the fast turnaround time of orders and responsive staff deserve much praise. The service is good despite significant crowd. This cafe can get crowded soon because it is a rather small space.
Overall, Bready Steady Go resembles that small pizza cafe in a quaint Italian town which makes super tasty food and our tastebuds are treated with a burst of great flavours. If you are a foodie and an artist, this place blends food and art seamlessly to give you a lip smacking experience. Bready...
Read moreBefore my review, I'd just like to point out that the admin of this restaurant spends more time fighting with Google reviews than improving the restaurant or hiring better staff, so that should tell you a lot. My husband and myself arrived at this place after a long day at office. His review is here too btw and the admin is fighting there also. Admin says chef doesn't have moustache/beard...we never said they have...but a hair as long as 2 cm was found in the pasta and we immediately returned it to the kitchen so therefore he had no choice but to remake it. Tissues and cutlery wasn't provided until we asked for it 2-3 times. Water was not given and when we questioned him, the waiter arrogantly says it's our mistake for not asking for it and shrugs his shoulders. Teach your staff basic courtesy. In this country we offer water even to strangers, let alone customers. The admin here has the gall to question why we completed the dish if it's bad, Its because 1.We were hungry after a long day 2.We don't waste food and treat it like a disposable commodity unlike the admin here. Even if the food is tolerable, their attitude and service makes ot intolerable. Also, it's okay that jain options are limited, but jain does mean flavourless, so work on your cooking skills as well because the pasta was so bland that the so called chef even forgot salt and we had to ask...
