it was one of the best place in bangalore for milkshakes once upon a time.

My precious experiences to this milkshake bar were great but recently it was pathetic. The person took 45 minutes, “45 minutes” to hand over the milkshakes. I was standing right there for 45 minutes. you can’t wait 45 minutes for freaking milkshakes. This was my worst experience with a milkshake.

and on top of that, the dude didn’t even know what offer was running in the store. And when I informed him about the offer, he didn’t return my money but asked me get more milkshakes.

and when I expressed my frustration about the waiting time, that dude try to put the blame on me by saying I demanded extra milkshakes. This was a pathetic experience and this was the last time I ever visited to this horrible place.

If you are looking for a quick refreshments, I will advise you to not visit here. This time they took 45 minutes, next time it might take 90...

The portion sizes are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is top-notch. Staff were friendly and quick to serve, and everything was clean and well-presented.

Unhappy. An extra star only cause the drink was fine. The employees were the ones that made the experience unpleasant. Firstly, they don't know what's on their own special. The board is right outside and they're unaware themselves. I asked for the Friday special which was the mocha drink, but they tell me Friday is guava chilli(which was wrong). I told them again and they looked confused. Secondly, their behavior was very weird. Very nonchalant, and when my mom made an error in saying something, they start laughing among themselves in a sly manner.
