Burp — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The place is easily located but there is no way written as to where to go from on the 4th floor. There is a side stairs and a lift they lead to it. The place is well decorated and has a colourful ambience with quirky Colors and quote slangs all over which is beautiful to eyes. The kitchen of the restaurant has glass all over so you can actually see where your food is made. It has both outdoor and indoor seating. The decor used is top notch, though I found the seats little uncomfortable. We ordered a ton of food with blueberry chillout , brownie shake and cappuccino in the beverages. Wild Mushroom Risotto I actually liked it. Perfectly cooked rice which was not mushed mixed in white cheese sauce and with herbs and mushrooms. A nice mix of sauce and herbs. Margherita Pizza The actually have a wood fired oven for the pizzas. So should definitely try the pizza if you are a fan of thin crusts. The crust was little undercooked to my notice but the cheese spreading was ample and basil added the flavour. Arraibata Pasta The pasta was totally undercooked so I asked for the replacement. When replaced with a new one , it was just plain pasta with no veggies (which was previously there) and little dry. Totally disappointed with it. Egg Plant Burger As mentioned in the menu , there is no pesto sauce and no fancy burger. It's just what you make at one with buns and cucumber and tomatoes and an egg plant that too bland patty. Just a waste of money. Service is very slow and I think they have less servers beacuse the chef himself brought one dish. Hoped a lot from the ambience but the basic dishes here...

One of the best, probably the best cafe in New Bel. It ain't fancy like some of the recent cafes, but has a vibe of it's own. Though located in an ideal spot, the place is usually missed as it's on the 4th floor and not visible from the main road. Parking is an issue as they do not have dedicated parking but you can easily find parking nearby. They do not serve alcoholic beverages. There are 2 sections with indoor seating and outdoor seating with a view of the isro campus filled with trees. The food is awesome and the pasta and pizza is a must try! Have had the pasta multiple times and the taste has remained the same every single time! The pizza is also great with some variety for both veg and non vegetarians. They have some great shakes and juices as well. They have a good collection of books and games that'll remind you of your childhood and great way to spend time with friends. The biggest and the most important factor for the cafe to be a regular hangout for many are the staff! They are friendly, prompt and since it's an open glass kitchen you can constantly see how your food is prepared.. The place is also available to host small birthday party's, workshop and small events. They have recently started their Instagram account - @burp_5 .. A must visit!

BURP used to be my favourite go-to place ! their quality food & reasonable price plus discounts were an attractive factor for it to be everyone's favourite! after long time visited yesterday to regret being visited there ! menu has been changed (obviously hiked up) but that doesn't concern me! what concerns is the dip in quality! ordered mojito and it was a sugar syrup,warm, lemon juice ! ordered cold coffee and it tasted so bad ! cheesy fries tasted average but spoilt our taste with those sugar syrups ! later ordered hot coffee which was ok ! decided not to experiment anymore with the way they messed up with these basic orders ! very disappointed with the drop in quality and raise in price ! plz raise the price but quality also along with it ! otherwise don't ! My year before review of BURP rated 4 Star

Simple and calm place ! Didn't find the roof top to be functional hence it felt kinda out of space ! Food was decent ! Pizza tasted good however cheese fries had more off Mayo than cheese ! Lemon drink tasted below average ! Over all decent...
