I had an incredibly frustrating and extremely concerning experience at By the Way- I visited this place along with my family. My family member who is a pure vegetarian was served chicken pasta due to the utter carelessness of the restaurant's staff. This is an unacceptable mistake that should never happen. Not only did the restaurant fail to fulfill our reasonable request, but they showed a complete disregard for the dietary needs and preferences of their patrons. The staff did not make any effort to make up for their mistake or show any concern for our appalling experience instead said us that it’s common that such mistakes occur.
I am now compelled to strongly advise against dining at By the Way. A customer's meal should be a basic requirement of a restaurant, and it is unacceptable for them to fail at it with such a lack of empathy and accountability. It is concerning to see a restaurant show such a blatant disregard for the welfare of their patrons and completely ignore their dietary restrictions. This is a serious issue that the restaurant cannot ignore and needs to confront without delaying.
I highly recommend By the Way to take serious steps to address their shortcomings, learn from their mistake and make sure that it never happens again. Customers expect exceptional customer service, empathy, and respect, and it is crucial that restaurants deliver.

We had booked for morning slot, but 3 days later we came to know via the decorator that there is another party booked. There is lack of communication in their own team but more than that no acknowledgement of their own mistakes
The owner Akhil was completely unapologetic about it, refused to even accept it as a mistake and tried to adjust both the parties for same slot. After a lot of jaddojahad, we had to agree for evening and revise all our invites to evening. Menu was revised to drop an item and we came to know about it only when party was on and refused to do anything.
Invoice provided refused to give GST invoice despite owner said GST invoice can be provided.
Overall, utter lack of professionalism and a party to be done with an assumption that it may involve a lot of headache to deal with owners.

Food is excellent, service is prompt and polite and ambience is exceptional
