Food - I go to ccd regularly only for their Tripp al iceberg which this store mostly is able to prepare well. So no complaints. Though they really need to work on their menu. Cleanliness and service - while the price increases on every visit, their service keeps deteriorating. They seriously need to train their staff. When you reach the cafe, and if you find vacant seats, you literally need to ask them to clear the tables ( they were literally chatting and not bothered to clean). On asking the cleaning lady took away the used glasses and plates from the table and didn’t even bother to wipe it. Shown an attitude as if obliging. The washroon is always dirty, the hand dryer has been removed. Asked the cleaning lady to keep tissue roll in washroom and she did but didnt bother to see that washroom was wet and dirty. They make the customers download ccd app for offers and points while their system doesnt work so it's not used. The card billing doesnt work mostly. Nice staff. Good location. Hope they work on...

I recently visited this café with the intention of getting some work done while enjoying a meal. The overall experience was just average, with a few aspects that left me wanting more.

The food and service were decent, nothing outstanding but nothing to complain about either. However, for those looking to work, there were a few disappointments. Not every seat had a power socket, which made finding a suitable spot for my laptop a bit challenging. Moreover, the WiFi signal was surprisingly poor, making it frustrating to stay connected and be productive.

If your plan is to sit down and get work done, I would suggest considering other options in HSR Layout. There are cafes nearby that offer a more conducive environment for working, with better seating arrangements, sufficient power sockets, and reliable WiFi. The place is decent with a dedicated space for smokers... There is plenty of room to move around between tables...

The washroom is clean and usable... There are limited menu options - typical of any other café Coffee Day outlets...

Payment options sometimes work and other times don't... When you walk up to the counter to place your order, the biggest disappointment is that they tell you that the payment machine is not working after taking the order!!

Staff need to be trained on customer service and soft skills... Overall, a mix of experiences considering that I have visited this place...
