Pros: • Easy accessible, it is on main road 27th main.
Cons: • Food prices are too much, and not justifiable. • North or South Indian food is not tasty, is poor quality, least bother about food hygiene, during this time food hygiene is very important. • Snacks are not good. • When I had sweets I got stomach upset, not recommending any type of food • If you take tea/coffee, look at the place where it gets prepared, very dirty, and unable to clean while serving.
Feedback on hall service Pros • Cost-effective, 4k per day hall charges • Easy accessible
Cons • We had booked a hall which is on the 2nd floor, for the ceremony, for about 50 guests, ordered north Indian food, 400/- per plate cost paid, during the event time, they were least bothered about the coordination within the hotel, zero transparency, they won’t accept anything if we report, like hall cleaning, serving staff behavior issue, and many more. Utterly waste of money. • After the event, we got a lot of calls from family members who were part of the event and had lunch, they are complaining about the food, and they have symptoms. o Stomach upset. o Heavy fever o Loose motion o Uncomfortable, lot of phone calls we received out of 50 guests, I received phone calls from family members that (close to 20-25 members) they had one or similar health issue after eating food and symptoms as mentioned above.
• We called the management team, they simply said, we have no issue here, after duly verified management called again and they informed us there was some issue with food that we bought from outside and (sweets) are not prepared at the hotel, they simply deny anything further and disconnected the call. • This hotel has lost credibility, no more eater places either on the ground floor or 2nd-floor services. • It was our unfortunate that, we had booked this hotel due to unavailable at the last min for us, though I’ve seen at that time review was only 3.8, but needlessly to say that, we had urgent requirement we have to book this hotel. • Sorry, I never book this hotel nor eat on the ground floor. • The cashier and management team, are real money-minded, they are not ready to accept anything. • Be cautious about the decoration wala if you are booking decoration for hall, there is one small shop in front of this hotel, he is another nightmare for us, charged 6k, and delivered design below the standard and pool quality flowers, hotel guys taking a commission from decoration guy also, all are money looters.

But today what happened at your restaurant was really shocking. First we went to your service hall and had some snacks. Since we loved the veg Paneer grill sandwich, we thought of taking one parcel as well. Hence my son went and ordered for one. What I got was plain Paneer sandwich without any vegetables. On questioning, both the guy on the counter and one who makes sandwich started blaming my son that he said veg is not required. But my son was very clear that he said yes to veg. I was very sure my son had said yes to veg because he had loved it when he had it upstairs just 15 mins back and he wanted to take the same for his dad. But your guys were adamant. We were so disappointed by their behavior that we returned the sandwich to your guys and walked out. They didn't even have the courtesy to even speak to the customer and understand whether the problem is genuine or not. Rather they told him will throw it.
