California Burrito Mexican Kitchen @ Orion Mall — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Ridiculous..... Being a foodie who knows his cuisine and also cooks, what they served me here was absolutely disgusting.... The roasted salsa tasted horrible on its own with no flavours and when paired with the substandard nachos , made me want to cry out in pain and disgust. The quesadilla tasted like it was made by a child who only knows how to boil water. But I wouldn't give it such a bad rating or review it so harsh were it not for it's ridiculous service..... Badly organised, they prepared the food long before they asked me to bill it and hence the quesadilla sat there getting cool while they casually billed me and prepared the chips and dip..... By the time the process was done, my food was as cold as the air-conditioned room and was ( quite rudely) informed that they can't ( won't) do anything about it..... Bad food+ ridiculous service=pathetic...

I had worst experience with new staff especially 2 north east gals.. one who handles billing counter n another one is serving counter.. the way they the make the salad bowl is totally not acceptable.. they don't serve scoop of food items.. n top of Thea there attitude.. the response of the both gals are so irritating.. I regularly visit California burrito.. I hav been all over the bamgalore but this orion this 2 gals are above my patience.. thrice I had complained asked manager to warn them but no use same behavior worst response frm them.. n I decided not to visit particularly orion mall California burrito outlet anymore.. pls take this issues seriously.. in front of me with another customer one of staff were arguing baddest...

I was with my cousin, he told me he wants tocos and i want pizza i went to dominos to collect pizza i told he take tocos he don't no hindi or english, and he from my native, you guys know only hindi or english, in service counter you're employees said only hindi and english, no kannada is this store located dehli or mumbai, no right its in karnataka we don't want speak our language at least you can hire a local people speak with local or kannada speaking people, what kind of service you guys or providing “ i decided not to visit you're store ever again and learn to respect the locals idiot's ” worst...
