Being a long time customer of Taco Bell, I can say that the quality of food has significantly decreased in the last year.
The food at the Taco Bell in Brisbane, where I usually reside is excellent, as Taco Bell food quality initially was when introduced in India.
I placed an order today on Swiggy and the food was almost inedible.
The classic bean burrito has been discontinued, which is very unfortunate.
I placed an order for a sriracha burrito, quesadillas, potato rolls and chalupas. The chalupa now has paneer added for some reason, which puts me off. The sriracha burrito does not have any sriracha and instead has some imli sauce, which again is off-putting. I order from Taco Bell with the expectation of Mexican food, not some Indian-Mexican fusion style food.

The staff member named Tharadevi was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had purchased the unlimited refill option, but she kept checking the cup for a marking that wasn't there—something that they were supposed to do at the time of purchase. Not my fault.
She then insisted on seeing the bill, which I had unfortunately misplaced since I was seated across the food court and had multiple bills from different outlets. I clearly wouldn’t be asking for a refill if I hadn’t paid for it. I even asked her to check the system for confirmation, but she kept arguing instead of acknowledging the error on their part.
