On jan 25th, I visited your outlet and ordered a Masala Pepsi. Unfortunately, there was a brief delay in completing my payment via GPay. During this time, the lady at the counter reacted in a manner that was unexpected and upsetting. She loudly asked, "Is the payment done or not?" in a tone that felt unprofessional and inappropriate, especially with other customers present.
As a loyal customer, this incident left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. While I understand the importance of ensuring payments are completed, I believe such situations can be handled with more courtesy and professionalism.
