I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment as I believe constructive feedback can help improve customer service standards.

On jan 25th, I visited your outlet and ordered a Masala Pepsi. Unfortunately, there was a brief delay in completing my payment via GPay. During this time, the lady at the counter reacted in a manner that was unexpected and upsetting. She loudly asked, "Is the payment done or not?" in a tone that felt unprofessional and inappropriate, especially with other customers present.

As a loyal customer, this incident left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. While I understand the importance of ensuring payments are completed, I believe such situations can be handled with more courtesy and professionalism.

I request that you kindly address this matter with your team to ensure future interactions with customers are respectful and aligned with good service practices. A positive and polite approach goes a long way in creating a welcoming environment...

I had ordered 3 items via Ola foods. But I received only 2. The package was intact and not damaged or open. I do not see any mistake of the delivery partner. The worst part was when I call the outlet to enquire about the missing item I was directly told that the number is of malleshwaram outlet and did not act to help in anyway and rather ignoring as if it was not their concern. Rude staff gave garlic bread with chilli flakes and when I requested for without they started scolding me that I should have mentioned earlier. I am ordering for my daughter and want it non spicy. The old man from the kitchen just couldn't stop and kept on insulting me. I could have paid for the extra garlic bread that was already made, had they been nicer.
