Dine In Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The behavior of the staff and the owner was extremely disappointing. I ordered a full Chicken Biryani with bone-in chicken, but they served it boneless despite my request. The actual price of the biryani was ₹130, but after finishing, they asked me to pay ₹150. When I questioned the discrepancy, they claimed they had served me Shahi Biryani instead. I informed them that I never ordered Shahi Biryani. They then explained that the regular biryani was unavailable, but they never communicated that to me before serving.

The owner refused to listen to my concerns. They served me a more expensive dish without my consent, and I don't see why I should have to pay ₹150 instead of ₹130. The issue isn't the cost—I would have happily paid ₹200 if they had treated me with respect and communicated properly.

Have been to Dine Inn Restaurant thrice while I stayed in Bangalore. They had a great variety of food especially Kerala foods too besides the local common food items. Each and every time the food was over loaded with salt. Which made me feel sad. But the chettanmar from kannur was really great. They had helped me with directions and all. The 4 stars is for the food since it was tasty. We ordered pp(pollicha porotta) which is porotta dipped in gravy with chicken kebab and salad. Also tried fried rice. Both were good.
