The service is really poor. They take the order and then cancel it as per their wish. Pathetic delivery. 20 min guarantee is a joke. Your store phone number doesn’t work it says it’s not registered. This is the second time Dominos canceled the order after making me wait for 1hr.

Only rated service since didn’t get to taste the food. And surely don’t want to experience their atmosphere. After all this!

This is the second time I had this disappointing experience with Domino’s Brookfield. I placed the order and it said 20 minute guarantee. I waited for 1 HR and then the restaurant canceled my order without any explanation. The worst part is the it kept showing me the ETA, it asked for entry approval for the society entry and then it showed me on MyGate that the delivery guy has entered the society. And then after all this the order got cancelled. This was around 9pm. You can also check it was just 2 items in my order. So there was no reason for delay.

When I called the delivery guy on his number (the ph no he gave at the society gate), he told me he has not come to the society for delivery and the store must have given his I’d to someone else who is doing my pizza delivery. This was about two weeks back.

Again, yesterday on 19 September. I place the order, it was 20 min guarantee, not a very tall order. This time said delay to be expected. Again I waited waited waited. Desperately trying to call the store to check the status. Number is not reachable. Raised service request, not a very assuring reply. Just the usual response that please be assured your order will be delivered hot and fresh. Ok Dominos, but when will you deliver hot and fresh. After 1 HR?? When it’s a 20 min guarantee! So this time after waiting almost 75 mins I cancelled the order. I should have gone won’t pizza hut instead was my thought. Next time that’s what I’m going to do.

Worse part your phone numbers don’t work. The Brookefield store in EPIP industrial area has an invalid phone number listed on google and Zomato. Both the times I placed the order at that store from Zomato. Is you’re not going to fulfil your order via Zomato then why take them in the first place. Good one nicely maintained and polite staff. All staff properly maintaing qurantine rules. Liked it a lot. They are taking only take away orders through mobile app. better order 10 mins before you reach store so that order vl be ready by the time you reach store. i ordered chicken and veg pizza... only negative i observed is it has less ckn and veg pieces ... But it happens in others outlets as well so dint want to rate negetive on that basis. Took Boneless chick wing nuggets as well which are decently good. Garlic bread was not so great but same taste as other outlets. I could observe outlet is nicely maintined . Staff are good and dedicated. They would provide sanitizer at the entrance. Staff will check temprature and then take contact number for covid tracking purpose. They are allowing limited people inside as per Govt guidelines which is good. One thing you could observe more delivery guys who will be constantly moving around. Looks loke they have more online delivery orders compared to take away orders. Take away people were hardly 7-8. Only disadvantage is construction is happening in front of store and due to which it will not be visible from outside. over all great...

One of the most excited place with good products. Well managed restaurant and mostly they push online order with online payments with is zero contact delivery. And the order will be ready after placing 10 minutes. Front of restaurant there is metro construction going that's a reason the restaurant couldn't find easily to out side. And the limited dine in available here due to covid-19. And well maintained restaurant with polite staff here and no worries about service they will provide good service to us. One of the sad thing is they are not providing menu card to us And parking area not available for car we have to find better parking if we coming here otherwise police will take car to the home...... For the group there is not allowed to have food in groups they will allow one table only two people that was good for covid-19 but not to fun work team that was negative matter otherwise everything is good and...
