I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent order placed for my family on a special occasion. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable.
After waiting patiently for 45 minutes, I was shocked when the delivery person called and asked me to cancel the order, claiming that my address was "1 km far." In reality, my location is hardly 400–500 meters from your outlet, and I had clearly provided accurate address details, a landmark, and contact information.
Even after requesting the delivery person to wait just a moment while I came to pick up the order myself, he refused and instead demanded an extra ₹30 to deliver the pizza — which is unethical, unprofessional, and borders on extortion.
This raises serious concerns:
Why was the order accepted if delivery was not possible?
Why was I made to wait 45 minutes just to be told to cancel it?
Why was extra money demanded to fulfill a service that was already paid for?
Is Domino's now allowing delivery agents to demand extra money from customers? This kind of behavior is damaging not just to your brand but to customer trust.
This is not just poor service — it is unfair, unethical, and possibly illegal. If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this issue to the Consumer Forum and relevant authorities.

Read moreI recently ordered Hot & Fiery Chicken Rice (Order No. 389) on 24th October around 1:30 AM through the Domino’s app. Unfortunately, the food I received was spoiled—the rice and chicken had a foul smell. After taking just one bite, I vomited and suffered from severe stomach pain.
After this bad experience, I received a call from a staff member named Harsha from the local branch. However, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the call began with him putting me on hold while talking to someone else. He later claimed he couldn’t hear me, and when I finally explained my concern, his response was dismissive and rude. He told me he couldn’t do anything about it and suggested I place another order next time.
I emphasized that I am a regular customer and raised my complaint responsibly within 10 minutes of receiving the order. I had also been trying to follow up with customer care since 2 AM. However, Harsha continued to be unhelpful, falsely stating that the order was from 23rd October. When I pointed out that the order was placed on 24th October, he tried to change the topic and asked me to place another order just to process a refund, which makes no sense.

This place is so perfect to visit with your friends and colleagues as well. The customer service was very grateful and they cope up with the customer friendly.
The atmosphere was tidy and it is not a busy place. The pizzas was awesome and it was bit crowded as usual
We were looking for jumbo veg combos and we had a good suggestion along with the special discounts available
But the store needs to be more well maintenance as the counter was located in the ground floor and the sitting area was on the first floor and here we assumed that this floor needs to be cleaned up and more staff needs to be added on duty
And the order telling system is not working and it made so delayed in receiving our order as its not working
