Domino's pizza nowadays is not worried about the customer. I ordered the pizza with order number #182 on July 25th and it was successfully taken.After 40 minutes, they haven't delivered the pizza. I have called multiple times, but they did not answer the calls. One hour later, my call was answered.They said that will cancel the order, even he did not give the option itself, it seems to be clear on the value of the customer, They told that whereas you want to escalate, go and escalate.And another thing, when they have a higher demand, why should they have to allow the order? It's a complete waste of our time to order Domino. This is my experience with Domino. Please be aware of these people's negligence towards customers. Read moreThe terrible thing happened when I thought to order the pizza in this shop and did the payment via card but they informed that card payment has not done and I need to pay it again I have paid it again via Paytm, But later on I got the msg from bank account that the payment has been done on both way. I had asked the person to return first amount and deliver the pizza as per the second payment - They started arguing that they haven't got any msg to receiving the payment via card and ask me to wait for refund from bank at least for 15 days. I didn't get the amount till 15 day from bank hence I have gone to the shop 3 time and they repeated denying the fact and at the end they ask to collect the receipt from bank and then after they will refund my amount otherwise not. Read moreI have made an order in Dominis which was assigned to this store. From past two hours I am following up with the shop and the shop claim that it is bulk order and they can’t make it in 2 hours. It is funny 2 Large pizza, 2 Garlic bread, 1 chicken wings pery pery is a bulk order and Dominos can’t manage in two hours.
The best part of the story is there is no way you can raise a complaint, there is no way you can claim your money back.
I can understand there could be some issue with the store today but the way the information was passed on to me and made my kids wait for two hours was extremely unprofessional. In case there is anybody monitoring customer feedback in Domino’s I would expect a strict action against this shop and the manager for such a bad service performance.
At last after long 2 hours of wait my kids are going to have pizza dinner at 10 PM in the night. Great...
