Domino's Pizza | RBI layout - JP Nagar, Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The lady who took my order was very rude, she was not even letting me to decide what I want, she was not letting me to add items what I need, may be because I spoke in my local language(kannada), i will never visit here again, after that rude behaviour even after ordering i am not feeling to eat...what was displayed on the board was old offer, that's fine...we choose what was coming on the board when she informed me, I just tried to reconfirm with her, is that what she told...i don't know what she felt she started to say it's not my mistake, company hasn't changed it...that's why I am giving you menu card na....bla bla bla... Come on, how do I even know it was old, if it's old then fine...what did I say...atleast it will take me 2-3min to choose with what I want to go... one more bad incident, there was a nail in the chair, that hurted my daughter, now we have to take injection for that( other staff helped for first aid) , so loud music very irritating, my headache started with all these...totally disappointed...first and...

Personal very bad experience , ordered few pizza , pasta and other food worth of 1k. But recieved the two pizzas with not even 10grams of vegetables and paneer . Pasta fully dried and taste less . Feedback updated spoke manager , sent a replacement one paneer pizza rest two missed . Updated me sending pizza and pasta on 15th Jan 2023 around 8pm , still waiting . No use of support or managers , food not hot , pizza like hard bread pieces and pasta like fried dried . Visited the domians today , cleanness need to search .Manager missing so left the place . Need to raise issue with food department. Planning to dominos visit , don't risk your health and waste ur money .

Forgot to add : twice recieved the mails from guest care email id , ID: 4791472 reference. But just is they want to show care for our money . As of now no calls from guest care or...

Not recommended to visit here, focused only on delivery orders. Better order from home, free of cost and you will know when you will get your food. They will take customers for granted.

One word, empathetic sorry Pathetic. No attenders at the desk and they do cooking parallel attending the customers. It just kills the time. Been sitting here from almost 15mins. They all are busy in preparing the food. They should atleast have the person to attend n receive the order. Being a top player in the world of Pizza, this is ridiculous. Show some mercy on your workers, get some resource please.

Update, still waiting n of no use. Just ordered one small pizza and a cake. Wow Domino's way to go soon

Finally they delivered the gold corn pizza...
