Hi dominos outlet at Cunningham Road, your staff by name CLARA the cashier while ordering the pizza from menu of Pizza Mania place an order Tomato pizzas of 3 numbers as she said the price out of the menu price mentioned 59 rupees per pizza of regular size but she asked to pay per pizza 94 rupees per pizza which is totally a big fraud and loot by her despite the clarification she says the owner has change the price but not yet changed the price of the menu front which old one but refused to give proper details and why going against the listed price of the pizza.

Domino’s outlet at Cunningham has started looting and doing fraudulent which made to leave while saying thanks and felt to notify in your page.

I knew you are not going to take any action so after many complaints posted and asked for action is not yet taken, so bad and mean personalities over dominos pizza at Cunningham branch.

I strongly recommend stop visiting the Cunningham branch and staffs are very annoying .

May god bless you with some sense to train your staff in well manners and also update correctly the price of the menu.

If you are not aware than do take action such fraudsters in your branch who are cheating the customers, as I have received many complaint from my friend and dears so personally visited today and found the reality.

I’ve always loved Domino’s when it comes to food – the taste never disappoints. In particular, their Margherita pizza is an absolute favorite of mine. It’s flavorful, cheesy, and perfectly baked every time. The food quality is definitely the strong point and deserves appreciation.

However, my recent experience was a bit disappointing due to the lack of basic customer service and cleanliness at the outlet I visited. When I asked for a tissue, it wasn’t provided with the order. Instead of politely handing one over, the staff member just pointed toward a basin area and said, “It’s there.” That response felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Some clear issues I observed: Unhinged washbasin – visibly damaged and not safe to use. Uncleaned tables – mine had stains and wasn’t wiped properly. Poor customer service – staff lacked basic courtesy. Lack of hygiene standards – which is concerning in a food outlet.

While the kitchen team is doing a fantastic job with food quality, the front-end service and hygiene standards seriously need attention. Domino’s is a big name, and expectations are naturally higher. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and improves staff behavior, outlet cleanliness, and overall customer care.

I’ll still return for the food, but I really hope the service gets...

I was asking for Dinning a Veg loaded Pizza . The counter girl was not taking order she says that we are not giving by manually you have to download Dominos App than you have to book itself inside the store even though computer working properly than also she says that it’s Dominos rule we are not accepting a order by face to face you need to order through the app. This is the Wrost thing happen in Bangalore one of the best top pizza company how can reject a customer like this. Hopeless service . My review this store is totally ZERO . Please Dominos company have a look out this store it’s totally Unhygienic, Zero customer service, not having change in the store. It’s better to Go La Pinoz pizza atleast they are giving pizza on counter. Guys don’t eat here this store is not properly maintained and also it’s not taking care about the customers .
