Tea is absolutely made up with crushed ginger, crushed cardamom, peppercorns, cloves, and cinnamon. Even Jaggery tastes good rather than sugar tea and perfectly mixed with lots of love. The ambience is really good.

They have good tea varieties. However, in recent days the taste has not been consistent. It will great if you maintain consistency. Bombay Kadak used to be one of the best. But, the taste is not at all consistent. I stopped ordering that. For the price I am paying, I do not expect this. Recently they reduced the quantity of chai, keeping the price same.

They have to improve upon managing the order properly. I would literally say service is poor. Even though you place an order by giving all the details, they are still confused what to serve. You ask something and at times you get something else on the table. For example, you order chai, buiscuit and puff. They forget bringing puff and behave as if you have not ordered puff. They would later bring it. But, you have to understand that time is precious. Order should be managed on first cum first serve basis. But, they follow their own random...

Impressed with "Rustic Contemporary" design, entered into India Chai Lounge. While we were trying to understand the creative mind behind this lounge, A Practical- reasonable & friendly person approaches us to explain how it all Started. He impresses us more by telling how this wonder chain was achieved within short span of two years, passing all the hurdles. Finally he recommended us India Tea & Dal Kichdi.
