Eating Love may be popular or crowded, but it seems like arrogance has overtaken basic hospitality. Definitely not visiting again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
We visited this place today and had one of the most frustrating dining experiences in recent memory.
Ambience: It's okay at best. The music was too loud, and the seating space felt extremely congested — not at all comfortable, especially for a casual outing.
Service & Management: This is where the real problem lies. Absolutely unprofessional and poorly managed. We were seated for a good 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence. Eventually, we had to call a waiter ourselves to place our first order — Cheesy Fries. A few minutes later, we ordered a pizza (without onions) and an Orange Coffee.
The coffee was served quickly, and it was passable — tasted like a mix of Mirinda and coffee foam. But the food never came. After waiting around 20 minutes, we started following up — first on the fries, then on the pizza. The responses were inconsistent and careless. One waiter outright ignored us with a casual nod, while another kept repeating “2 more minutes.”
Eventually, we approached the lady at the management counter. To our shock, she informed us (after 30+ minutes of waiting!) that the Cheesy Fries weren’t even available. She offered to make classic or spicy ones instead, which we declined due to the delay. Then came the final blow — after another 10 minutes of back and forth about the pizza, it finally arrived… with onions.
When we reminded them about the no-onion request, the manager said they'd make a new one. At this point, I had lost all patience and asked them to cancel the order entirely. The worst part? The onion pizza they brought to our table (which we touched) was given to another customer sitting nearby — completely unacceptable and unhygienic.
We paid only for the Orange Coffee and walked out thoroughly...
Read moreAn exceptional dining experience from start to finish. We began with two starters: Garlic Bread 2 and the Rollatini. The garlic bread was absolutely standout — perfectly crisp on the edges, soft in the middle, and packed with rich garlic and herb flavour. It was so good, in fact, that we ordered it again later in the meal. The Rollatini was equally impressive: delicate slices of aubergine rolled around creamy ricotta, baked in a rich tomato sauce — comforting, flavourful, and beautifully balanced. For the main course, we tried two of the house pizzas: the Liam and the Affumicato. The Liam was a bold, flavour-forward pizza with thoughtfully layered ingredients that worked together effortlessly. The Affumicato brought a delicious smokiness that lingered without overpowering, offering something truly distinctive. Both were baked to perfection — thin, blistered crusts with just the right chew, and a clear attention to detail in both the dough and toppings. To finish, we shared the Tiramisu, which struck a perfect balance: creamy, light, and delicately soaked, without being overly sweet. A classic done right. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, which added so much to the experience. The atmosphere is relaxed but polished. Highly...
Read moreI recently visited Eating Love Pizzeria, located in the lively and trendy part of Jayanagar. The ambiance of the place is cozy and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a relaxed meal.
We started our meal with their famous Rollatini (4.5/5). You can choose between zucchini and eggplant for the roll, and we went with the eggplant version. It was fantastic! The eggplant was perfectly cooked, and the homemade cheese and sauce inside created an explosion of flavors. Topped with fresh basil, it was an absolute winner and a must-try!
Next, we opted for a half-and-half pizza: Rocambollesco and Broccolini (3.7/5). The pizza had a nice sourdough base, and the cheese was top-notch, but I found it a bit soggy, which was a minor letdown. Still, the overall taste was good.
To end the meal, we tried their vegan, sugar-free tiramisu. Honestly, I couldn't believe it was vegan! The strong coffee, fresh ice cream, and cocoa powder on top were a perfect combination — a lovely, light way to finish off the meal.
A few things to note: It can get a bit pricey, and parking is tricky in the area, but the experience overall was definitely worth it considering it's an ALL VEGETARIAN MENU! Highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the mood for some delicious, unique pizzas...
