LIT Gastropub Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Dear Owner of a Restaurant, I'm writing to say how unhappy I am with my most recent dining or drinking experience at your restaurant. Despite having great expectations, I was dissatisfied with the establishment's environment, service, and food.

The service was both sluggish and unresponsive. The wait for our dinner and beverages was excessively long, and our server was not attentive to our demands. The quality of the dish itself fell short of expectations. The food was bland and not prepared to the standard that a restaurant with your reputation ought to be providing.

The atmosphere was also different from what I had anticipated. The décor needed to be updated. I am aware that no experience will ever be perfect, but I still believe that as a paying client, I am entitled to better treatment and a higher level of experience. I was let down by my visit and do not intend to go again in the future.

I don't understand the owner's purpose for installing blue and red LED lights for entire place, which lower your mood and make it impossible for you to even see each other or your meal. You won't feel like eating because the food is all dark in colour.

I'm hoping you'll take this input into account and implement the necessary changes to guarantee that every customer enjoys their time at your business.

I want to thank Mr. Shareef, the manager, for doing his utmost to accommodate us. Overall, though, it was a terrible experience, and the restaurant can handle a small number of customers (1 to 2 in number) but not a...

As the name goes! It's LIT in all its form! Bakasura Recommended! Starting from the ambience, the huge, colourful, rooftop sitting to the food, everything was just fabulous. The ambience is huge, Very huge. There are tables with normal chair and ones with cushions. The staff is very generous. Service is just phenomenal. There will be one person waiting to serve you all the while.

A headphone Pub! And Bakasura was stunned!

Every single person here gets a headphone! A wireless headphone. And the quality of the headphones are just amazing. Bass effect. OMG! It kept bakasura grooving!

They have around 150+ headphones which is handed over. There will be 3 channel kind of and you can listen to it and groove along.

Coming to the food. It was just great! Spice lovers, this is Paradise for you! Attached are the amazing photos for you to check out! Panner chilli, egg chilli, pastas, pizzas, burgers and all the mocktails! They are just amazing! Virgin mojito at its best!

It's a pub and yes, a beer a day keeps the doctor away. And the beer here was lit as well! Everything here was just amazing!

Eat, Eat, Eat...

Ambience was ok. It might get suffocating if the crowd is a lot. It serves hookah and liqueurs. Prices of drinks is reasonable.

The service is great. Was served by Pavan, who was responsible, polite, attentive and friendly. (+1 star for the service)

The food is overly priced for the quality of food given. It was bland and lacked flavor. There was nothing wow factor in any of the dishes.

We ordered sizzlers, pasta and some Chinese starters. Pasta was bland and less saucy. Prawns starter lacked flavour. Sizzler was better among all.

Cost for a person was around Rs.1000. Unreasonable for the food served.

There is no parking in the premises. You need to find your own parking in the cross roads nearby.

The restaurant offers a Zomato Pro of 30% payable by cash, card or online payments.

Its a good place to hangout once.. with your friends for drinks, hookah...
