Europa 360 by Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We went to Europa 360 for dinner to celebrate my birthday. We had made reservation through Zomato. The restaurant is located inside Radisson Blu hotel. The hotel lobby is beautiful and had live piano music playing. The staff was helpful in directing us to the restaurant.

We had reached around 7pm so the restaurant was almost empty, the dinner arrive starts at 6:30pm. We were greeted by server Mukul and Chef George himself at the entrance and directed to our table. Chef himself took our order and was extremely helpful in recommending dishes and customising them to our liking.

We started with Capellini Lamb Ragout. It had thin home made pasta, lamb meat sauce topped with cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and a drizzle olive oil. It was served 1 by 2 in separate plates for us to enjoy. It was absolutely delicious. Then we had herb crusted pork belly, again served 1 by 2 for us. It had a few slices of pork belly with hint of apple, cinnamon and few other spices, a drizzle of sauce and side of asparagus, confit potato, split spring peas. It tasted good but the meat wasn’t as tender as we like, it had very little fat and thin skin which didn’t get crispy. For our mains we had the Tomahawk steak on the recommendation of the Chef. It was perfectly cooked to the temperature of medium rare as requested, sliced and presented well for ease of eating along with the bone. This was the highlight of our dinner. The meat was tender and juicy. Was perfectly seasoned well and the wine sauce complemented it well. It came with sides of glazed asparagus and fried potatoes. The thin dehydrated slices of garlic bulbs was something new which we enjoyed with the steak. There were some delicious fat pieces as well. It was a bit difficult to get all the fat and meat off the bone with the regular knife so we requested steak knives, somehow they didn’t have them. The chef was kind enough to take it back to kitchen and get the bone trimmed off of all the juicy bits and plate it for us! We finished the dinner with a big piece of Tiramisu. It was light, fluffy and delicious. The coffee soaked ladies fingers were balancing out the sweetness perfectly.

The ambience of the place is very warm and cozy. It is on an open patio with glass roof. There is no air conditioning but the cool breeze and the ceiling fans are sufficient. The open kitchen gives a peak into the hard work and skill that goes into crafting all the wonderful dishes.

Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner and would definitely recommend visiting for special occasions to treat yourself. Thank you server Mukul and Chef George for making our day special with your fantastic service and...

You don't have to be residential guest to have amazing time up here in Europa 360 by Radisson Blu. It's truly incredible experience my friends and I had there, food & beverages recommended by chef Nanku Nayak made it beyond memorable. All of us loved this place and it's ambiance (pool view) makes you feel another level. I was here for a 3-day training program. The staff were very supportive and willing to help to any extent possible. The breakfast was good, whereas the lunch was awesome. The lunch buffet had different menus on each day, and they ensured they were all not tasting alike. Some standouts were the paneer, fish(mahi) curry and Bhindi.
