Frozen Bottle - Milkshakes, Desserts, and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently had a disappointing experience at Frozen Bottle. The staff did not inform us about any ongoing offers at the time of billing. When we later inquired, we were told that most people don’t opt for the “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer — which seems unfair as it should be the customer’s choice once they’re aware of the promotion.

When we requested to apply the offer after billing, we were told it couldn’t be cancelled. After insisting, they finally cancelled the bill but only provided one free bottle instead of two, and offered a takeaway carry bag as compensation — which didn’t feel like a fair deal at all.

I have tried fig and honey, I totally loved it. We are fan of Frozen bottle and tend to try different flavours each time we visit. They serve best milkshakes. Elaborate menu. Yummy flavours. You can't expect seating here. But that doesn't matter. Staffs are not interactive and friendly. Worth buying. Since it is located near to main road it is easily reachable. Frozen bottle are one of the best milkshakes in the city must try.

I think there's no place better than Frozen Bottle when it comes to milkshakes. Although, the prices are on higher side, but milkshakes are really worth of it. They have variety of flavours in place. Tried chilli chocolate for it has a slight blend of pungent taste when it comes down to throat after drinking making it deliciously spicy drink. Staff is courteous and friendly.
