The employees at the he J P Nagar have a patetic behaviour. Absolutely deplorable!! I ask a question they are busy doing their own work not bother to even reply. Don't feel like ever going to that place again!! The Arekere Branch on the the other hand is a place u like to visit!! Employees are humble! But seriously the JP Nagar branch act like they are doing a favor on us. Thank you I don't need your arrogant favor of servicing food!

This part of the post is updated! As of 01Oct2020 It's more than a week and @California Burrito JP Nagar Owner is yet to even acknowledge the dissatisfaction!! But other reviews who have just rated 5star without comments also get acknowledged immediately!! Huh!? What more can u expect out of employees working at this store if the owner is like this?? Only addressing whatever is convenient!!

Update on 16Dec2020 So we can get in touch? For what what have you done to looking into it? Absolutely nothing. Is there change in behaviour of staff? Absolutely not. They are still behaving exactly the same way they were 2months ago. I am here at the outlet and nothing has changed. I am the only customer at the store it's not like full and they are busy! Not at all. They are just standing around and when I ask a question about the order I made the arrogant server doesn't even respond. I ordered something for the first time so obviously I like to know what is happening and if they have a lot of orders and I am stopping their busy day fine. But thats not the case here. I am the only customer there and I asked a question because it did not look like what he was making did not look like what I wanted to order, hence I ask question instead of answering he continues to make the dish. What kind of attitude is that? By the end if it hadn't turned out what I expected will they let me leave without paying because that not what I want?? I ordered Make Your Own Meal Quesadillas (Mexican Veg Fiesta) Peri Peri Dippers Snachos Peach Ice Tea

• Make Your Own Meal - I ordered two meals. Salad Base + Mexican Panner + Toppings. Rice Bowl Base + BBQ Tofu + Toppings. Salads were fresh & good in taste.

• Quesadillas - Mexican Veg Fiesta comes with Fresh Corn, Spicy Black Beans & Crunchy Jalapenos topped with Cheese. It was soft but the ingredients were fresh.

• Peri Peri Dippers - Potatoes tossed with Peri Peri Batter deep fried & serve with jalapeno cheese. It was crispy & hot served.

• Snachos - Crispy Nachos topped with Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Coriander & Mustard Cheese. Nachos were crispy & fresh.

• Peach Ice Tea - Ice Tea with Peach flavour. It was chill served.

Overall California Burrito is making a very good name in the city with having across 26 outlets. Infrastructure & Ambience of this outlet was good & energetic. I wish management to maintain the same Cleanliness & Hygiene for upcoming business years.

Update: Whenever I go to restaurant, the staffs are stingy in adding paneer or chicken. Happened twice. If the same happens again, I will change the review. You are not reducing the price of the bowl when I ask to skip some ingredients. There should be no problem for you to add 20 to 30 grams of more protein. Best burrito rice bowl in the city. I have tried all the rice bowls(veg) here. Never got bored of eating the same rice bowls repeatedly. I have been eating once or twice every week from almost 2 years. Sometimes, it might be 3 times a week. Whats so special? Great ingredients: (I love rajma, corn, paneer, mushroom with rice in Mexican style), hygienic, protein rich, good portion and tastes good too.

One suggestion to the restaurant is to include some healthy protein bowls under the range of 180 to 200 Rs. Everything goes beyond 260 or 270 when ordered from swiggy so cannot say there are any budget friendly options. You will definitely have more crowd if you get this done. Also, include some fresh fruit juices in the menu.
