Jayanagara Donne Biryani — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We came here cause we'd heard they're giving buy one get another biryani free offer, every Wednesday. But when we reached there, offer was only valid till 4AM in the morning to 8AM. We were disappointed because of this false marketing and false advertising

Anyways we thought of eating here. All items are pretty expensive. We ordered 2 Biryani Rice and half plate kabab (which only had 6 pcs and costed 150rs)

The Biryani rice Had Peas in it. As a personal preference, Peas in biryani don't go to well, and it wasn't Tasting too great in this one. Other than that was alright. Quantity of rice was plenty.

However the Kabab was absolutely Horrible. They gave us cold Chicken kabab, and asked us if it was hot, after saying it wasn't, he took it, put it in the microwave and brought the same thing back

The Kabab also tasted like it was Sitting in Marinade for too many days. Chicken tasted old and all of them were bony pieces, with not too much meat

Overall, Don't fall for false advertising on Instagram. Biryani tasted Okayish, peas should not be in biryani. Also the owner Insisted us to pay in cash, which we didn't have. Kabab was horrible and not worth the price.

I visited this place over the weekend, with 4 of my friends. We had a pathetic experience with the way order was received and treated. We initially ordered for biryani rice, kabab and dosa. Did let the person know to get the rice at the start itself. The server kept telling 2 minutes but never brought us the biryani rice even after 20 min. To our sight, we see the same server serving biryani to the next table who infact just hit the hotel and ordered food. When asked we were told, there is less quantity and hence the biryani only was served but not rice. We really got irritated the way they responded. We totally understand nuances, but why the hell do you state 2 min and have a customer wait for 20 minutes and end up siting such irritating stuff. We just had dosa and cancelled the rest of order and paid bill for whatever we had and left the place. It's high time you pull up your sockses, it's okay if you don't treat any customer royally, We don't expect that. But please ensure not to be careless about any customer. A very bad experience overall. The owner too is completely careless and didn't respond to our question when asked about what we sighted. They take customers...
