Seasons Suites JP Nagar Bangalore — Hotel in Bengaluru

Please read this and check the pictures before booking a room. The worst ever experience I've ever had at a stay. The room was very small compared to the photos provided. I booked a luxury king room for 2.1k and I regretted my decision the very minute I saw the room. Make my trip tried to help by calling the reception but reception asked for more money to move to a different room. There was no ventilation in the room and it was suffocating. The only ventilation was in the bathroom and we could hear people talking on the other side of the bathroom. We were then offered a room on the ground floor and we didn't take it because the workers and others kept walking. Also, there was a door in our room which was common for 2 rooms and we could actually hear what people were talking and we could even see what was happening on the other side. We had to be extremely careful while getting dressed. Hot water was available but when I had to take a shower, the water was pitch brown mixed with mud but it was okay for the next bucket. I'm attaching the pictures for reference where you can see the condition of the bathroom, the actual size of our 'luxury king room', the AC remote. Very very disappointing. The room however had an oven, mini fridge and hair dryer was given upon request. Our checkout was at 11 but we left around 7AM because of the discomfort. No privacy, no ventilation, no help. We had booked this place for NYE. The pictures are absolutely misleading also the staff is extremely rude, specially this person named Girish. Not sure if he is the manager, we hope not. The beds + furniture are not maintained properly which resulted in a pull out bed breaking from the side when my friend tried to sleep in. The next morning this Girish person harassed us over the bed which we did not know about as we did not spend the night in that particular room, to a point of chasing a female and a male friend of mine into the roads while they were trying to leave, even after it was conveyed that we would take care of the repair charges. Instead he yelled at us while we tried to solve for it. He also gave us a random estimate of the bill (15k) Before we asked him for proof. Only then he sent a bill which came upto 5k (I still believe this could have been forged) For everyone trying to book this place, I think yall should just get yourself a oyo room and call it a day. I recently booked Season suites for guests who travelled from different locations in India to attend my wedding in Bengaluru and couldn't be more than happy with the service we received. The hotel is probably the best in service and cost in and around JP nagar.

Special thanks to the manager Mr. Vishwas who is so welcoming and easily reachable whenever you need him. He did everything in his capacity to ensure we had a pleasant stay and also helped us arrange food via a trusted caterer for the days we stayed (Special mention on the food as well, home style which every guest loved) .

Last but not the least the staff, trust me each and every staff member were well behaved, attentive and professional. My special thanks to them.
