This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. For the second time, we are facing the same problem with your staff. They are quick to bill every single item, but when it comes to packing, items are repeatedly missing. This is not a one-off mistake—it has happened twice now.

The first time, a cake was missing. Only after reaching home we realized it, and when we called, the response was that they needed to "check the stock" before crediting the amount. Fine, we accepted it.

But today it happened again. I specifically reminded the billing person about the previous issue and asked him to ensure everything was packed correctly. He assured me it would be taken care of—but yet again, an item was missing.

This is not just carelessness; it borders on deliberate malpractice. Customers are forced to pay upfront, carry the order home, and then waste time double-checking and calling back for missing items. This feels less like a mistake and more like a systematic way of making money.

On top of that, last time when the refund was given, you conveniently skipped the GST amount. You charged GST initially, but when crediting back via GPay, only the item cost was refunded, not the tax. This is nothing short of an unethical practice.

Such repeated lapses raise serious doubts about the integrity and honesty of your establishment.

I called at 19:24 and was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes. I waited patiently for 20 minutes, and when I called again, I was informed that they needed to “investigate thoroughly” before taking any action. This kind of response is completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Let them investigate, of course; that’s necessary—but how long does it really take?

It clearly shows that customer complaints are not a priority for them. The attitude seems to be: once the product is sold, the customer doesn’t matter anymore—simple mantra: it is like GET LOST.

But the reality is different—whether someone is posh or not, it is still their hard-earned money, and no one will quietly accept being taken for a ride. I make it a point to visit here regularly, ensuring that I carve out time from my schedule every 15 days to indulge in the delicious offerings they have. This place has become one of my absolute favorites, and I always look forward to returning.
