I have been eating at hari super sandwich outlets since my school days and really enjoy the snacks. I am writing today to express my utter dissatisfactory experience with this particular store. I went in the evening around 6:10 PM and ordered a potato twister. I clearly mentioned the guy not to add mayonnaise. The guy who sits at the cash counter was arguing and behaving rudely with his employees. I waited for almost 15 minutes for the order to be given. When the twister order was ready it was with mayonnaise. When I requested them to give a normal one and not with mayonnaise. The owner shouted saying I should have told it before. I informed him that I mentioned not to add mayonnaise when raising the order and making the payment. When the cook asked owner what to do. The owner had the audacity to tell "just shake the twister and give it to him" I was so annoyed that I had to throw it without eating it. This is completely unacceptable. The guy who handed over the twister was saying sorry due to his owner's behaviour and mistake. Completely unacceptable! Customer service and satisfaction goes for a toss here at this store. This outlet gives Hari super sandwich a very bad name!!! Response to the owner post his reply-
Thank you for your arrogant and defensive response. Yes,it was my mistake that I chose your outlet to have snacks. Also my mistake to show you the transaction reference after the payment was done and mentioning no mayonnaise.(Kindly check your CCTV camera backup,since you're so confident on it).
Atleast have a basic courtesy to acknowledge a customer escalation with an open to feedback attitude and commitment towards improvement which might result in more positive customer flow rather than having an absent minded conduct discussing hikes with the employee in front of your customers.
Your egoistical and not ensuring customer satisfaction behaviour shows the majority one star genuine reviews.
Stick to the same defensive and lackadaisical unprofessional conduct and watch your business...

I have visited multiple times before this incident while he was not present. At that time his workers has behaved kind and friendly. But his behaviour shocked me, also he scolds his workers in bad accent in front of customers itself. Really very disappointing.
Replying to the Owner: I haven't asked whether I can wash my hands in drinking water and also haven't touched a drop of drinking water. Just asked where the previous hand washing facility moved to? If you can't answer this you should just write "Use tissue paper instead of hand washing through water" and stick in that place. Instead you cannot be rude to customers. And unfortunately I took parcel so couldn't go back as the shop is closed and as they haven't put their contact was not able to contact then as well...
But if the owner or responsible person who sees it .... I would request a refund of 50 rupees or a fresh chocolate sandwich without myonese at my next visit.
