I recently visited House of Commons, kalyan Nagar, and while the place itself is okay to visit, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Here’s a detailed breakdown:

Ambiance: The interior, especially the bar counter, was not appealing. It felt poorly designed and lacked a welcoming atmosphere.

Service: The service was absolutely pathetic. We were attended to by multiple waiters, which seemed unnecessary and confusing. They repeatedly asked if we were done eating and if they could clear the plates, even though it was obvious that we were still eating. At one point, they even cleared my husband’s plate while he was still eating!

Food: We ordered chana chaat as an appetizer, kebabs as a starter, and fried rice for the main course. The quality of the food was below average. Technically, the chana chaat should have been served first, but it wasn't. We wanted to enjoy it with our drinks, but that didn't happen.

Billing: The waiter brought the bill without us asking for it. I had intended to order dessert, but the premature bill presentation ruined the experience. When we took some time to pay the bill, another waiter came to ask if we had paid it, which was very frustrating.

Overall Experience: The entire experience was very disappointing. I was so upset that we decided not to stay for dessert and just left the restaurant. I do not plan to visit this place again.

House of Commons, now open in Kalyan Nagar too! I had the pleasure of dining at this newly opened space recently and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the ambiance to the food, everything was spot on.

Firstly, the decor and ambiance of the restaurant were fantastic. The lighting was perfect and the seating was comfortable, making for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. The music was at the perfect volume, providing just the right amount of background noise to create a lively atmosphere.

Now let's talk about the food. The menu was extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I decided to start with the crispy veg platter, which was a great choice. The platter was beautifully presented and the combination was top-notch. I also tried Crispy Corn it was also a nice touch.

For my main course, I ordered the Veg (Paneer) Sizzler, and it did not disappoint. IT was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, and the fries were crispy and delicious. The portion size was just right, leaving me feeling satisfied but not overly full.

And last but not least, the drinks! The bar had an impressive selection of cocktails, beer, and wine. I tried a few different mocktails and each one was expertly crafted and delicious.
