We recently visited this restaurant and tried a few dishes, including the prawns biryani, hot and sour soup, and gochick veg salad. While the food was satisfactory in some aspects, it fell short in delivering the depth and complexity of flavors we were expecting.
Starting with the prawns biryani, the dish was well-cooked, and the prawns were fresh, but the flavors were quite underwhelming. It lacked the aromatic spices and the distinct punch that one associates with a good biryani. The hot and sour soup, although served piping hot, felt more generic than balanced. It seemed to lack the perfect harmony of tanginess and spiciness that makes this dish stand out.
The gochick veg salad, on the other hand, was a mixed experience. The salad itself was fresh and crunchy, and the nuggets added a delightful texture and taste. This was arguably the most enjoyable part of the meal. However, despite its positives, the overall presentation of the dishes left much to be desired. Serving the food in paper bowls, while perhaps an environmentally conscious decision, did not match the restaurant's overall ambiance. It gave the impression of a quick takeaway meal rather than an elevated dining experience, which significantly reduced the appeal.
The service was efficient but fairly standard, with nothing particularly memorable to highlight. Unfortunately, one major drawback was the loud music. While it may have been intended to create a lively atmosphere, it ended up being more of a disturbance, making it difficult to enjoy the meal in a relaxed setting. The music volume clashed with the ambiance and detracted from what could have been a more pleasant dining experience.
In summary, the restaurant has potential but needs to refine a few key areas. Improving the depth of flavors in the dishes, rethinking the choice of presentation to better match the atmosphere, and adjusting the music volume could significantly elevate the overall experience. As it stands, the experience was average and left room for improvement to align with the expectations set by the ambiance...
Read moreWaste of money and A very negative experience.... ( Imperio Restaurant kalyan nagar )
One of the worst restaurants in kalyan nagar. I and my girlfriend visited the restaurant on 9th traveling nearly 6km for Lunch. 1st thing is AC was not working. No one to attend us. After a couple of mins, we were provided a seat which was at the very end of the restaurant even though there were no other customers. And we started with chicken fried rice and mutton fried rice it was totally insipid. After having the taste of that food I and my girl felt like puking after which I aggrieved to the waiter they also suggested me with a pepper butter chicken which was a total disaster the chicken was very old and stinky you could feel that on your mouth and the onions they served us was not washed and I could see some black Mark's in it I'll will share the images for better understanding. We decided not to continue our lunch and had to pay them the full amount. We also observed that other table African couples said the food is not tasty and went out with a quarrel. Total look wise the food and the way they serve looks very good but the food is really unhealthy also after reaching home I had a very bad stomach pain.
It was very bad I will never ever suggest any of my friends to visit this place unless they want to get sick.
Also I went down to the cash counter to give them a feedback about the pathetic food the person helped me with a complaint number where I tried reaching them more than thrice all of my calls went unanswered hence we had to leave the place with a very...
Read moreOn February 28th, 2025, my best friend and I had dinner at Imperio. I paid the bill, but the staff claimed the payment hadn’t been received and said that if any transaction had occurred, the amount would be refunded within 3–5 working days. Instead of paying again myself, I asked my friend to pay, which resulted in two transactions being made for the same bill.
I revisited the restaurant on March 5th to enquire about the refund. The manager assured me the amount would be credited soon and asked me to send a voice note explaining the situation, which I promptly did. Later, I was informed by the finance team that the payment refund had been initiated on March 20th.
On one friday day, I even visited the restaurant again with my friends. The manager spoke to me over a call during his meal and confidently said the refund would reflect by Monday. I’ve since checked both my and my friend’s accounts multiple times, but the refund has still not been credited.
Since then, I’ve been consistently following up every 15–30 days, but to date—May 4th—neither of us has received the amount. I’m deeply disappointed. It’s not about the amount—whether big or small, every customer matters, and every bill counts. This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue, and I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through...
