The coffee at this place (Mantri Mall) was good, but the management/owner seriously lacks some customer skills. I took a seat to wait for my friend who was minutes away so we could have some coffee. The server came to my table and  said I can't be seated if I don't order a coffee. I told him I'll order as soon as my friend arrives. A minute later a woman (assuming she is the owner/manager) approached me and asked if I'm there to order coffee. My friend had arrived soon after and we ordered our coffee. However, the behaviour of the server and the woman (owner/manager) is off putting and highly distasteful especially to customers like us. We also witnessed them harassing an elderly lady who probably just took a seat to rest a few minutes.

This is some constructive feedback for the owner and staff to seriously consider. Please know how to treat your customers with respect and having some compassion on the elderly will not kill you or cause any loss. Be human, be...
