Pizza Hut | Mantri Mall, Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Today visit with my family 4 members. My wife don't eat pizza so we asked 2 portion of garlic bread for her and unlimited pizza for rest 3 person( every Friday offer unlimited pizza with CD @299 / person) They served garlic bread and forget rest of the order. After the wait of 30 min we asked then they said they forget to place the order, now they'll place it. Then I asked to call their manager then Ms Mercy came for the meeting. She was even worst than the other staff. She said on one table you can't sit together if you're ordering for unlimited meal for 3 and it's our RULE. We said that she'll not eat pizza and we'll sit together as family. She insist us to sit seperate. This goes to the heated argument then finally we asked for bill and we don't want any other service and for that also it took 5 to 7 min more with arguments because that lady not able to listen anything. I quit not because of late service but by pushing us to sit seperate if we want to avail the offer. Pl check the cctv footage of you've for the better understanding. Very very POOR service by the staff and it's happened 2nd time with me. I'll never ever visit pizza hut in my life again. This is the worst...

Of course Mantri mall's food court has a lot of restaurants or eateries. Me and my friend choosing to eat at this outlet was the biggest mistake of our life.

No personal pizzas available. One should only order medium sized pizza.

Me and my friend thought that 2 medium pizzas were too much in quantity and hence chose to order a garlic bread and 1 medium sized pizza. But, the server said 'garlic bread cannot be ordered as that also comes under personal size (of a pizza)'.

As a last resort, we ordered for a beverage (Lime Soda). Lime soda was available in 2 variants - sweet and salty. I ordered for the salty one. Regret ordering for this variant as it was too salty.

The only best thing about this outlet was the pizza that we had ordered, which was tasty - although it took more than half n hour for the pizza to be served for us and almost 15 to 20 mins for the person to attend us.

In a country where everything is getting digitalized and people having the convenience to order through the self service kiosk - this place is a curse for one to choose from among many other restaurants available in the...

Worst experience. Service is pathetic. We waited for long and no one attended us. Later we went to reception and placed order which got served almost after 30mins. They forget to give all the items which we ordered. We have to call them and ask for our cold drinks. We almost completed our food and they did not serve our choco lava cake for which again we had to remind them. We asked them to pack it as we will take it home but worst packing.. They didn't care to cover the cake in top with a foil wrapper. So by the time we were home all the lava got spread as in pic.

Once before also we went to have our lunch there and ordered pizza's, cold drinks and choco lava cake.. Since me and my friend met after long time so we were busy talking and having our lunch. So we finished and came back and then we realized they didn't serve our choco lava cake.. What a pathetic service.. They forget to serve food which is ordered. Last time I felt bad but just ignored but this time when same thing repeated I had to write this review.
