California Burrito Mexican Kitchen @ Mantri Mall Malleshwaram — Restaurant in Bengaluru

As a devoted fan of Mexican cuisine, I can't say enough good things about the California Burrito. Their paneer burritos, quesadillas, and nachos are absolute must-tries in my book. Every time I indulge in their flavors, I'm left thoroughly satisfied. Ordering online is my go-to choice, and the meticulous packaging of their dishes always brings a smile to my face.

However, in the spirit of providing a balanced review, there are a couple of minor drawbacks to note. Firstly, their prices are on the higher side, which may not be suitable for those on a tight budget. Secondly, the online ordering process, while convenient, can sometimes lead to longer delivery times during peak hours.

But it's not just the food that's exceptional. The restaurant exudes a friendly, welcoming vibe, and the staff are some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet. Dining here is a complete experience, from the delicious dishes to the great atmosphere.

Unhygienic, Unprofessional, Unapologetic

This is for their Hygiene aspect of the outlet - while we were at the counter getting our 2 mini rice bowls prepared and than this guy walks in to refill the paneer dish - he pulled out the dish from the assembly and the entire dirty slurry like water (in which they keep the dish bowls submerged) spilled into the adjacent dosh bowl which still had the ingredients in it - with no remorse or any sort of apology he kept on refilling it and when we objected to this unhygienic practice followed he stared back at us as if to say ‘F* Off’ and took the tumbler inside to hide away from the limelight while refilling the dish. So So unhygienic and unprofessional behaviour from CB staff members - I am sure they are replicating what they are taught by their masters. Not sure what we eat in the name of CB is...

Ate the smallest ever Chicken Tacquito and to be honest only the name has "Chicken" in it.. There was hardly any chicken in the Tacquito. Would not recommend anyone to have the same. It just has little cheese with hardly any Chicken. And moreover I was not even provided with the bill. Since the Cashier asked for my mobile number I expected an online or WhatsApp copy. However to my surprise I didn't receive any and when asked the Cashier later he made me reconfirm all details to give me a bill copy.

In continuation. Received a response asking to ping on WhatsApp with the issue. When pinged noone bothers to respond, which clearly shows they have a standard template which is shared showing they really care about the feedback, however in reality they don't...
