KFC has always been a go-to spot when cravings for crispy, juicy fried chicken hit — and once again, it didn’t disappoint! I recently visited one of their outlets and had a great experience overall. The ambience was clean and modern, with comfortable seating and a casual vibe perfect for friends or family gatherings.

Wanted to share the unpleasant experience of orderdering lunch yesterday from KFC outlet on Cunningham Road, on OLA App. I ordered four items and when the order was delivered I found one item missing. I raised a ticket on OLA App with a picture of all that I received for which there was a standard automated response along with the ticket number. I followed it up with a email to the grievance cell of OLA with my ticket number mentioned. This is the response to my email from OLA:

We would like to inform you that we've spoken with the merchant, who confirmed that the complete item has been packed and sent from their side to the customer. They also claimed that they verified the items properly before handing them over to the rider. We are unable to initiate the refund for the customer as he received the items as per his order.

With such a irresponsible response all that I could infer is that they are all hand in glove partners out to scam hapless customers like us. Why the hell take all this nonsense inspite of paying for the order in full? Think twice before ordering on OLA App and from...
