On 24th May 2025 at around 10:30 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience at your KFC outlet near Sony World, Koramangala, Bangalore. One of the employees, who appeared to be a senior staff member or possibly a manager (wearing a gray shirt), shouted at me and behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.
It is shocking and disappointing to see such behavior from someone representing a global brand like KFC. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The employee clearly lacked basic courtesy, communication skills, and training. I question the kind of hiring and training practices followed at this outlet.
Customers deserve respect, not humiliation. If this is how staff members are allowed to treat people, I strongly urge others to avoid visiting this store. No one should have to deal with such behavior while simply trying to enjoy a meal.
I request the franchise owner or area manager to look into this matter seriously and take strict disciplinary action, including termination if necessary, against the concerned employee. If action is not taken, it reflects poorly on the brand and its commitment to...
Read moreMixed experiences. These people do not see the order properly at all. At first I ordered veg sticks and you can see those veg strips in the pics. They were burnt like hell. Not once but I got that kind of veg stips twice. If you dont have the order or cant prepare it, simply reject it, so that the customer would still have time to order frok somewhere else. Thank god the manager was good enough to give a replacement the OTHER DAY, however I had to order something else at night at 10pm. I thought it might have happened 2 times but it wont repeat. I ordered 2 orders for pickup(scheduled for 'NOW'), after 20 mins i scheduled a Dunzo - these ppl gave only one order to him coz these ppl had not checked that there was another order as well which I told them very clearly to had it over to the dunzo guy over the phone. But they forgot. Finally I had to come to kfc to pick my order and they took around 40 mins. Thank god that i came running myself to the store otherwise it would have been closed. Where we contacted the store manager Shivakumar where he doesn’t even fit to be manager.. were we thought he’ll resolve our problem but he didn’t instead he was giving me lot excuse like I have lot of work pressure I’m handling so many people im busy in that work and I get 250 calls per day so you can contact the customer care and i tried calling him at a point he stopped answering my phone calls.
If the customer care will solve my problem Then why the hell you are sitting there has store manager and doing nothing
To be honest please guys don’t go to this store it has very worse service and where SHIVAKUMAR doesn’t deserve to be a store managers.
