Kritunga Restaurant - The Rayalaseema Cuisine — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent experiences at the Kritunga Restaurant in the Whitefield location.

Unfortunately, I have to rate the current management and service level as a 1 out of 10. Compared to the previous management, both the food quality and service have significantly declined. The taste of the food has become very poor, and I observed that the staff appeared to be quite lazy. Additionally, I've noticed an increase in prices, which adds to the disappointment.

Given these aspects, I would strongly suggest that potential customers refrain from dining there until some positive changes are made.

To owner of Hotel

I wanted to address my recent correspondence regarding my experience at your hotel. It is disappointing to receive what appears to be an automated response rather than a personalized reply, especially given the seriousness of my feedback.

While I appreciate your willingness to discuss improvements, I feel it is important to clarify that I am not in a position to dictate your menu or culinary standards. My intention was simply to express my concerns about the noticeable differences in service quality and pricing compared to the previous management.

They should close the business if they don’t know how to run a restaurant. I went in a group of 5 to try some yummy Andhra food and it was a disastrous experience from this restaurant.

Service- 1 star: Delayed service. Ordered biryani and it came after 30 mins,they served biryani to people who came after us and we had to remind them multiple times. There were only 1-2 guys attending almost 10 tables and they don’t know what dish they are bringing. They will bring some random stuff and just inform that it’s chicken or veg

Food - 1 star ( Salty, spicy and tasteless) one of us ordered roasted chicken biryani. Instead of roasted chicken they gave fried chicken. Please avoid special boneless chicken biryani, it’s too salty and there is nothing special in that dish. It’s very hard to eat such a terrible food. Crispy vegetable which we ordered was also terrible

Hand wash area is dirty and they don’t provide finger bowls like other restaurants!

Overall the service was really pathetic and they were justifying that they have recently started functioning and that’s why the service is like this! Interesting.

Only thing which they did on time is...

Horrible Service and Worst Quality of Food

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience at Kritunga Restaurant in Whitefield. The service was absolutely horrible, and the quality of food was the worst I've ever had.

Service: The waiters seemed completely disinterested in attending to our needs. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things like water, utensils, and refills. The orders took forever to arrive, and even then, they got it wrong!

Food: The food was a catastrophe! We ordered [mention specific dishes], and none of them tasted even remotely good. The ingredients seemed stale, and the cooking was pathetic. I've had better food at a roadside stall!

Ambience: The restaurant's ambiance was average at best, but the terrible service and food quality completely ruined the experience.

Conclusion: Unless Kritunga Restaurant seriously revamps their service and food quality, I'd advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague. There are far better options available in Whitefield.
