Generally I like Leon Grill as an outlet (chain restaurant). This time I am disappointed, reasons mentioned below. Hygiene is top most priority for any type of food. Specially when it is a premium priced and claimed to be hygiene oriented food. I took take-away option.
Found one small spider inside the brownie (which I took for a small kid to eat), Luckily we did not handover the food to the kid instead we tried to feed and found the spider (photo attached).. this takes away all the ratings.
I tried to reach them over phone based on their provided phone numbers in the invoice as well as in web-portal. No-one picked the phone so how one will reach them to give feedback or complain.
Price point : They charge 6% for packing means I paid Rs. 90 for packing charge. I do not understand brownie is already packed but still you need to pay 6%. They told me all the packets will be labeled with the content inside, unfortunately nothing was marked, so you you do not know whether it is a Veg dish or non-veg dish (whether paneer, chicken or mutton) ... either you open to see or take a bite to know what you are eating ... did not understand the value of 6% for packing.
Quantity less than all other Leon Grill outlets as well as bit dry dish (not moist like in other outlets). I hope this is just on of a kind experience but be careful when you buy...

Grilled chicken is the only saviour, if you love chicken order only that and off course with mayo. its amazing.
And Panner tikka and rice, nothing much in it. no spice at all in panner tikka or in rice. not worth the price. 220/-. Note: it was not hot when served.
its self service, order and get a tellercomm which will notify you when your order is ready. something innovative.
Ambience is neat and elegant. its mix of wooden chairs and sofa. both are comfortable. No AC. No rest room. No parking place, road...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Leon's Burger, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The menu offers a great variety of burgers, each packed with flavor and made with fresh ingredients.I tried the Classic Leon Burger, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy and perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was just the right amount of soft and toasted. The sides, particularly the crispy fries, complemented the burger perfectly. What truly made the visit exceptional was the service. Mr. Ravi, in particular, stood out with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. He ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and professionalism are commendable and greatly appreciated.Overall, Leon's Burger is a fantastic place to enjoy a delicious meal, and the excellent service provided by Mr. Ravi makes it even better. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great burger and...
