McDonald's — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Hello, Mcd Happy to give the feedback to the place I come regularly, today I had visited the nearest store of Mcd Koramangala. First I would like to talk about the following:- Ambience: pretty decent, cleaning is done on a regular basis as the new customers keep coming in. Service: Staff here are friendly they are really helpful in selecting the items and ask regularly if we need anything even after the food is served, yet few are not! Food: Today we had Mc.Spicy Chicken meal, Fried chicken(which is the talk of the town), peri peri fries and Mexican cheesy fries and a large coke. Fried chicken was over cooked few pieces were roasted, burger was not up to the mark that’s alright cause can’t expect the consistency everyday:) Sanitary: Toilets are not maintained and it makes us feel uncomfortable to wash our hands as it stinks cause of the nearby toilets. I used to frequent this outlet often but the last Sunday evening visit was not that great.

Found more staff than anytime before, not sure if it was to cater to the weekend crowd.

Reason for the 3 🌟 rating.

The lady at the front assisting customers was very pushy on some items, we asked her if we could do the ordering ourself but still kept interfering.

The burgers were not tasting great, filling seemed something wrong like very little mayo, etc.

Fries were nice and crisp.

The order was served with in 15 seconds of order placement. Nowhere i have seen this speed of service. If someone needs to understand the definition of fast food, they need to visit this outlet. The menu is loaded with McCafe items alongside the usual McD items. The staff is friendly and helpful. Orders can be placed by the customer by using the touch screen display near the entrance.
