Updating response here: Details as Order Number : 2509, 2506 Date - 16th Feb 2025 10.45PM IST We ordered Mac Veggie burgers, but they were not hot when served. I requested a fresh and hot one, but instead of providing a freshly made burger, the attendant, Shiva, put the existing one in the microwave and served it to me.
The burger was wrapped in a hot cover, with an overheated bun, mayonnaise, and patty. Unfortunately, this resulted in burning my upper jaw. When I questioned why the burger was reheated in the microwave instead of giving me a freshly prepared one, I was told, "This is how we do it here, ma’am."
Correct Procedure for Handling This Situation: Customer Complaint Handling: When a customer requests a hot burger, the staff should prepare a fresh one instead of reheating the old one. Food Safety & Quality: Microwaving a pre-assembled burger can cause uneven heating—overheating certain components like the bun and mayonnaise while leaving other parts lukewarm. Freshly made burgers ensure consistent quality. Communication & Service: The staff should clearly inform the customer about their options rather than assuming reheating is acceptable.
Impact of Reheating a Burger Incorrectly: Burn Risk: Overheating the bun and sauces can cause burns to the mouth, making it unsafe for consumption. Texture & Taste Alteration: Microwaving a burger can make the bun soggy or rubbery, and it may negatively impact the taste of the patty. Food Safety Concerns: Some ingredients, like mayonnaise, are not meant to be heated, as they may alter in composition and become unpleasant or unsafe to consume. Such practices reflect poorly on service quality and can lead to dissatisfaction among customers. Proper training and adherence to food handling standards are essential for a better...

Meanwhile, I am not sure how many of you are fans of the South Korean boy band Bangtan Boys or more popularly BTS. Well my daughter is a huge fan and because of her, am one too. While we the ARMY won’t just stop with grooving to Dynamite or the more recent Butter, we earmarked the launch of the Mc Donald’s & BTS collaboration special meal launch in India and grabbed our first chance at it.
For the lesser known this special BTS meal is already a roaring success across the world ok more than 50 countries it is currently available.
Here’s a foodies take on the meal, than that of a fan.
The meal is made of 10 Chicken McNuggets, medium fries, a medium Coke and two dipping sauces that might be new to the U.S., Sweet Chili and Cajun. Personally am familiar with rge Sweet Chilli sauce that is served alongside ketchup in most of the Southeast Asian countries that I have managed to grab a Mc D meal.
The packaging, as you can see is definitely new and purple, with the BTS stamp on it, otherwise it is your regular standard McD chicken Nuggets. The sauces are definitely interesting, apparently the flavors are ‘new limited-time’ sauces picked by BTS and inspired by McDonald’s South Korea.
The Thai Sweet Chilli sauce is something that I always enjoy and it definitely added a beautiful Asian mix to our well known Chicken Mc Nuggets. The Cajun came as quiet a surprise and it has this familiar thousand Island dressing kind of taste with a proper southern kick. While it’s hard to pick a winner, as I loved them both, #apjprecommends
what was your favourite pick from the BTS meal! I assume you have tried this limited edition menu on Mc Donald’s, else place your...
Read moreDisappointing Experience at MacDonald Brookfield Outlet
I recently visited the MacDonald Brookfield outlet with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but my experience left much to be desired. From the taste to the portion size, everything fell short of my expectations, leaving me thoroughly unsatisfied.
Let's start with the most crucial aspect: the taste. The burgers I ordered were bland and lacked the distinctive flavor that I've come to associate with MacDonald's signature taste. It was as if the ingredients were hastily thrown together without any attention to seasoning or proper cooking. The overall quality of the food was subpar, leaving me wondering if it was even prepared by trained professionals.
Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice the reduced size of the burgers. What used to be a satisfyingly substantial meal has now been downsized to a mere fraction of its former glory. It felt like I was being served mini-burgers that hardly filled me up, which is simply unacceptable considering the prices charged.
Aside from the disappointing food, the service was lackluster as well. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, failing to provide any sort of friendly or welcoming atmosphere. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in service quality at a well-known fast-food chain like MacDonald.
In conclusion, my visit to the MacDonald Brookfield outlet was nothing short of a letdown. The low-quality taste of the food and the noticeably reduced burger sizes left me feeling unsatisfied and craving for a better experience. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and works towards restoring the quality and consistency that MacDonald's...
