This place is located near Chinnaswami Stadium

Besides Bharat Petroleum Petrol Pump.

In front of Government Aquarium, Government Museum.

Place

It's a G+1 store, And they provide Dine in and Take out service.

A big McDonald's symbol is placed Outside of the store. So it's easy to identify.

This palace has ample of space to sit but has No inbuilt Bathroom.

Food

McDonald's pre-made policy so after ordering you can get your food within 10 min's

Food quality is good. 3/5 Served Hot and veggies were Fresh. Taste is Normal McDonalds kind of.

Maharaja Mac supposed Tobe Indian flavoured but it still taste like American burger.

I think McDonald's should adopt some Indian flavoured dishes too.

Service

Service was fast, But what I hate is that they didn't put cover on Coke cup. As a result a gentle push misbalanced it and whole 400 ml coke fall down on my clothes.

I asked that counter guy to put the cover on cold drink cup but he refused, and this is what I had to face.

My shirt and jeans were totally wet and I had to be like that for more than 10 hours till I reach my home.

While ordering I asked that guy "Do you have McCafe?" He asked me what is McCafe? I have never heard of it.

I told him that there is a advertisement on TV running from last 4 month's, and you have no knowledge about it?

He said that he don't watch TV. (I assume he don't look at menu too)

So 1/5 for that stupid guy.

Price

McDonald's prises are always high.

And that's Understandable because that franchise cost more that 1 Cr and daily expenses and payment and all sort of bills are very costly to maintain And they can not compromise with food quality etc So prices are OK.

Some items are cheaper for the purpose of school and college student could afford it, So not every item is expensive.

For single person it can cost nearly 300 Rs. ...................................................................................

Ombience

Environmental inside the store was quite and smooth. No traffic Noises and Temperature inside was pleasant.

In the middle of the sitting area, there were white color stones in a wooden box, There people write their name and the dates when they visited. I find it amazing. Because you can leave your memories here on those stones and next time you come to visit you make another memories.

It's a normal typical McDonald's Restaurants.

You can go, enjoy the food.

Self service is there so you have to carry your own food.

I like McDonald's to spend the time and when I went last time like last month I have visited four to five times to that store I got like very very bad behaviour from the stores members 1 I have ordered zero can but it was not at all cold . They have not informed me that in previously Employees were saying what I was ordering but they have not little bit of concerned to tell that it's not there or it's not cool or not available. 2 when I have order they have not send it to the table service when I visited to the table to collect my order they told we don't have much employees and for other customers they are giving the table service. Due to that my paneer wrap and my chicken wrap was already cold and hard. 3 three times I told that employee to reduce the sound because I was in the meeting but they were not at all responding me and not at all reduce the sound after telling many times. From my side one thing is request if you don't have employees just stick the poster that self service so that we can take a food and go upstairs🍟 will get expired in 7min and I want my meal to be fresh and hot And we are not getting the bill what we have order that to has a problem Please improve that. #HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT TO VISIT IF YOU ARE VISITING PLEASE TAKE YOUR ORDER BY YOUR OWN SELF AND DO NOT ACCEPT ANYONE TO COME TO GIVE YOUR TISSUES OR KETCHUPS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT GIVE ENOUGH WHATEVER YOU MIGHT ORDER THEY WILL GIVE ONLY ONE...

I ordered mexican acaloo tikki burger and cheesy fries today, and they took more then 20 mins to deliver that. All the ladies staff were just roaming here & there instead of working for mc D. The worst part is they dont behave professionally and dnt allow the staff to occupy tables on the 1st floor. Later on when i managed to settle down on the ground floor, I saw one of their female staff called her boyfriend and they were sitting upstairs relaxed and chit chatting & eating some brownie. There was no one on the 1st floor i think the staff want their personal space calling their boyfriends on the 1st floor. But excuse me this is a public space and you are working for that food chain. I was pissed off already because i was hungry and they took 20 mins to deliver just a burger which was not good & as per my expectations. They dint add the toppings correctly in the burger which I usually get from other Mc D branches. I mean how difficult it is to make a perfect burger in 20 mins….. There is no one in this branch like a manager or superior person for the ladies staff to tell them how to behave in their work area…. Other concern was that the staff said that they cant accept mobile orders so we had to order there on their counter. When i asked her why its not working for this branch she said its not working & she dont know the reason. I always order by mobile and its really quick. I will never visit this pathetically...
