Naidu's Sakath Utta, no idea how I missed this place since an year. The place has so much to boast about. From the fantastic quality of ingredients, especially the lamb, which is so tender and perfect. They have trained the Chef at their house for some time and he has the expertise of making the home made food in a restaurant scale. There is absolutely no use of preservatives and artificial tasting agents, hence you will not feel heavy. There are lots to things to be had, we started with a Mixed combo which is priced at ₹265
The Mixed combo has one Chicken starter, Mutton Chops and Biryani rice. Chicken starter changes everyday and today's one is Hyderabadi Chicken, there is a beautiful marination of the chicken with the pepper based masala, the juicy chicken cooked in the spicy gravy is fantastic. The masalas and spice mixes are in house and hence they are perfect. The next dish is the mutton chops, I was just amazed at how beautiful this dish is here. The meat is so tender, it's cooked in a broth of green chillies and coriander, the gravy is just magic. A huge bucket of Biryani or the Naati pulav is also given which is again fantastic, do not miss this!
Other than the combo, we had the Chicken Leg Pepper roast, again the quality of the chicken is fantastic. The masala in which the pepper roast is done is whopping peppery as the name suggests, with a subtle outline of tomatoes, the masala has notes of cinnamon, star anise and fennel, this is perfectly tossed and made. Mutton vepudu is a dry dish which is famous in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh, loads of ghee and curry leaves which doesn't affect the taste and yet infused in the dish, the tender mutton given a fry like this is perfect. Vegetarians, do not miss the mushroom pepper fry.
Coming to the Andhra Meals, they have a perfect one here. Unlimited one is priced at ₹160, limited plate meals is priced at ₹130. The podi, pappu and the vepudu here are the highlights. Bhindi stir fry with peanuts and curry leaves is different kick. The pappu here is home style, where you feel the palak than the dal. The other dishes are so good and do...
Read moreHey Had to been to this restaurant today where I had an horrible experience We had ordered two Andhra meals and one non veg combo. Where the Andhra meals wasn't served in time by the waiter nor the guy who took order from us. And mainly the non veg combo was served with spoilt biryani rice and half cooked chicken starters Despite of letting know all these things to the waiter ( Sunil ) His reply was : this is how we cook the biryani and it's rice from the beginning of the restaurant . Neither we got any kind gesture for the mistake happened from their side nor any sort of apologitic reply Coz these guys aren't serving food for free and as customers don't ask for it too. So they gotta learn to serve the proper food for the money they take first and then think about the taste which they don't have any sort of idea about ...! Kindly do consider my words and stop wasting your money and...
Read moreI have tried many restaurants for biriyani and chicken items. But the experience of food over here is tremendous. We took biriyani rice and hyderabadi chicken with chapathi. I should tell this... The masala is so traditionally cooked. Every bite gave me excitement. The pudina smell in biriyani rice was so satisfying. I haven't tasted that kind of flavour anywhere near my home. The curd masala was also awesome. The gravy in the hyderabadi chicken wah ❤. I have made my mind to try out many other dishes in future in this place for the unique taste they had introduced me and introduce them to my friends too. Thank you NAIDU'S SAKATH UTTA. Taste is out of my words to explain it more. The ambience too is good traditionally attractive and light music which enhanced the...
