I'm a regular at Nandhini Deluxe at New BEL Road, and I recently had an incredibly positive experience with them. What made this experience truly remarkable was the outstanding service provided by their delivery personnel, Mr. Mallikarjun. His dedication to ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience left a lasting impression on me.

Not only did Mr. Mallikarjun deliver my order promptly, but he also demonstrated remarkable professionalism and patience when an unexpected hiccup arose with my UPI payment. Due to an issue with the UPI transaction, I had to make the payment twice. This situation could have easily led to frustration, but Mr. Mallikarjun handled it with remarkable poise and went above and beyond to assist me.

He not only co-operated patiently while I explained the situation, but he also took the initiative to follow up with his bank to rectify the UPI payment error. Thanks to his diligent efforts, I was refunded the extra payment that was made in error. His commitment to ensuring my satisfaction truly stood out.

Nandhini Andhra style:. This place tl churns out Andhra style food to the best possible. They ve been in the business and know the tastebuds of the city thread bare, and accordingly give tasty, mouth watering fare, which is yummy by any standards.

Veggies are also in the menu and have not been given a cold shoulder, unlike many Andhra style joints the focus is more on non veg and veggies are left in a lurch. The biriyani that it is famous for , the chicken and mutton biryani both are not loaded with spices and it's not a dynamite either, its done to perfection, the masalas are mild both mutton and chicken ste very aromatic and served along with raitha and gravy. The quantity is also huge. The chicken 65 , was equally good. U can also ask for the biriyani rice which is available here and u can pair it along with a chicken dry item. Veg options are meals, mushroom masala and more. Paapu saru not to miss. To top it all like a dessert after a heavy meal, i plumped in for rasam and it did wonders and saw me thru ......... Even when u only eat biryani and some starter, u should ask them for rasam and I bet u wl endorse my...

The Andhra veg meal totally did justice to my huge craving...it was excellent!! The platter had pappu, beans poriyal, onion chutney, sambar, rasam, dal payasam, applam, yoghurt and buttermilk.. and on the table were avaka mango pickle, gongura pickle, gunpowder and fried yoghurt soaked and dried red chillies. The rice was served with ghee. Everything of course unlimited, and more importantly...very very tasty. I had several helpings. And the staff were friendly and service was fast. My only issue is the ambience. The air inside was dank, and unpleasant. The place seems slightly dingy and not very cheery. The banana leaves weren't clean enough. We had to wipe them thoroughly with tissue paper and water to get all the muck and dirt out. But hopefully this are just temporary issues and the place will get some life soon, and with cleaner banana leaves too... coz I'm certainly going back for more soon! Management...please take note of reviews, coz your competition is right across...
