I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. The preparation time for our food was excessively long, and the staff's lack of professionalism was quite evident. There was a noticeable lack of seriousness in the kitchen, with staff members joking around, which did not inspire confidence.

I had previously enjoyed my visits here, but this time, I suspect it was because the owner or manager was present, ensuring a higher level of professionalism. This highlights the importance of effective management in a restaurant. I would strongly recommend that the owner invests in staff training to maintain consistency.

Furthermore, the absence of basic amenities like tissues and utensils on the table was frustrating. When I requested tissues, I received an unopened packet, which seemed unprofessional. If you like Punjabi and haryanvi cuisine, this is the best place for you in whole Bangalore. The first thing I tried to know about food quality was their tea, and I loved it straight away. Kulhad chai is best. Then I also tried other items on the menu the next day and all of them were best. Parathey are really filled thoroughly. It tastes like pure North Indian. You may have to wait for a long time to get your order ready here because good things take time. So if you're in a hurry, don't come to this place. Come if you have time to eat. I am a regular visitor . Now a hesitant one. The alert and quick service missing. The menu is elaborate but not enough staff to turn it around. The taste of the Paratha and the chole remains uncompromised, but I was expecting an improvement after their popularity and success. Hope they get around to it soon.
