if anybody having bad experience at ground floor billing counter, please do not take bad experience, speak out and let them know its not okay We have been here multiple times and had average experience, I am writing this review based on minor experience from all past visits and majorly due to my previous visit. Food was okay but chicken kabab was too dry and had a little foul taste (Maybe due to summer) and next day I had stomach upset. Apart from this what makes the experience bad the billing counter at the ground floor, person at the billing counter gets angry if we alter the order even if it's still not printed for icecreams. If he has so many things on himself to do before actually making the bill then better have 2 separate person one for billing and another for managing things in ground floor. Worst Dining Experience – Poor Hygiene & Terrible Service

I had an absolutely awful experience at [Restaurant Name]. The food was terrible—bland, overcooked, and clearly not fresh. Even worse, the restaurant lacked proper hygiene. Tables were dirty, utensils were not properly cleaned, and I even noticed [mention any specific hygiene issue, e.g., “staff handling food without gloves” or “cockroaches in the corner”].

Service was just as bad. The manager was rude and dismissive when I brought up my concerns, and the staff seemed untrained and uninterested in providing a good dining experience.

I will never return to this place, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well. Management seriously needs to improve hygiene, food quality, and customer service before this place can be considered a...

We had been here on March 7 2021, 12 am ..was happy to see late night dining options ..we had ordered Tomato soup : loved it Rumali roti: good one Butter kulcha : good one Veg kadai : good one , initial request was of dhal dishes , it wasn't available... Ghee rice : good one , was expecting something different luckily it wasn't ..bad

PARKING (Car) : late night did not find ny issue , roadside !!! .. may be day time it would be difficult as it Is busy road ..

PRICE : it was decent not too high nor too low .. for the interior it has I think it's really good !!

RESTROOM : AVAILABLE-2 , common

STAFF experience : cud be better , we were in first floor and we had to wait for order ..as there was only one...
