I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident involving Mr. Suprith, a regular employee at your RT Nagar branch in Bangalore. As a loyal customer of Coffee Day, I have always appreciated the quality of service provided, but recently, I experienced a situation that has left me deeply concerned.
On [07-12-24], I was a witness to Mr. Suprith's inappropriate and unsafe behavior on the road while driving near the RT Nagar area. His actions displayed a lack of consideration for other road users, including reckless driving, aggressive overtaking, and improper lane discipline. This behavior was not only dangerous but also unprofessional, especially considering his association with a well-regarded brand like Coffee Day.
I would also like to inform you that he himself is forcing and provoking us to raise the complaint and being very unproffesinal and being rude with the customers.
He himself tells he is the manager of Cafe coffee day and doesnt carry his id card while question he was being harsh and started rasing hands on us.
To your kind attention even while the employee named suprith was calling to his area manager Name [] speakes very unprofessional and unethical manner and informs him to ask us tp get lost from the coffe day which was never expected with such a behaviour as a regular customer.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior is addressed. As a customer, I believe it is important for staff members representing your brand to exhibit responsible and respectful conduct both in and outside the workplace.
I am sorry to inform if this mail is not reaching and if there is no response and strict action towards the empolyee and the Area manager i would be forced to raise the complaint against both and the head of RT nagar branch Cafe coffe day.

Read morePoor service and managment needs quality check First of all let me tell you ccd is not what it used to be it now it is slowly turning out to be a worst case scenario while the coffee is not that bad the other dishes on the menu are never available and their shelf is always empty and this is now a repeated phenomenon they have pastries whcih will rip off your pocket and the airconditioner will be delibrately switched off or low once you are done with your snack that is really very very low profile. I didnt except that ccd will stoop so low one day its shocking as well as sad that after paying 1000 bucks on a few coffee shots one has to put up with such poor service and callous attitude.
When contacted customer care on email and phone there is no reply which basically sums up their poor and low quality service from from theircustomer service call centers to customer quality control no one bothers and ever has the common courtesy to reply.One of the worst food centres I have ever seen, with high cost poor quantity and taste. I recommend everyone not to come here as you will waste your money. Also the cook time was so late and they have not even given me ketchups and napkins. The guy at the counter was rude and when we asked for a change in order from a latte to a cappuccino he made a face at us. Is this what you call customer service? At least train your staff.One of the worst food centres i have ever seen, with high cost poor quantity and taste. The coffee which my mom makes is far better than tasting it here. Read moreAs a regular customer,I visit your cafe to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere but today I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about a group of boys bursting crackers inside the cafe at 9 30 pm on 30 nov 2024. This was not only disturbing to me but also a serious safety hazard. the behavior of this group was unacceptable and disrupted the entire ambiance. What's more concerning is that the staff did not intervene or take any action to stop this behavior.
Furthermore, I have noticed that the outside seating area is often dirty and poorly maintained, there is always ash on the tables and most of the times chairs are not available. The same group of boys seems to occupy the chairs for extended periods and all the chairs from its destinated place will be moved to one corner where these boy are sitting, leaving no seating available for other customers. This has been a persistent issue, and I hope you will take necessary steps to address it. i see few more people have raised this concern before on Google but I don't see this issue is still resolved. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary measures to ensure that your premises are used responsibly and safely.
