Paradise Biryani | HSR Layout — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visited Paradise Biryani and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns as a customer.

Firstly, the taste of the dishes we ordered left much to be desired. The lack of flavor and quality in the food was a significant disappointment. Additionally, the portion sizes were notably inadequate, leaving us feeling unsatisfied despite the high prices charged.

We opted for the biryani combo, and the inclusion of a cold drink added to the confusion. The beverage provided was not clearly identified, leading to uncertainty whether it was a chilled water or a soft drink. This lack of clarity in presentation added to the overall dissatisfaction.

The service was another aspect that left a lot to be desired. Our order took an excessively long time to arrive, approximately an hour after placing it. Such extended waiting periods can test the patience of any customer, and unfortunately, this aspect significantly marred the overall experience.

Furthermore, when we ordered lime soda, we were surprised to receive what appeared to be surf exel water instead. This discrepancy not only misaligned with our expectations but also demonstrated a lack of attention to detail in fulfilling customer orders.

In terms of vegetarian options, the menu was disappointingly limited, offering only one or two choices. Moreover, the pricing for each item was notably higher compared to other establishments offering similar fare.

I believe it is crucial for Paradise Biryani to address these issues promptly to enhance the overall dining experience for its customers. Quality control in both food preparation and service delivery, along with transparent communication regarding menu items, would greatly contribute to customer satisfaction.

This is the original and authentic Pradise restaurant I would like to say original flavour of Hyderabadi cuisine food. The mutton biryani was sooo yummy that I can’t express in words, one must try this. The pieces of mutton was very succulent and juicy which are melting in mouth , along with the pearly long grained saffron rice with the blend of aromatic signature spiced masala. Being a hotelier I should appreciate the service. Especially miss puja who served our table , was very attentive, acknowledgeable to the customer whenever required even though she is very busy serving other tables , she didn’t loose eye contact which makes us feel specially treated, thank you very much for the lovely service. And the ambience also good which suites the menu , with simple interior , cozy and comfortable seating arrangement. At finally good food ,

Resolution: Hyd brach manager called to to get feedback and suggesting him all the points. He told they make sure to not repead such kind of incidents. Hoping for best for my next visit.

While eating biriyani I had very worst worst experience. First I got a stone which make me suffer and immediately with in a minute another stone....
