Disappointing Experience, Subpar Quality I was excited to try the Pizza Hut offer, but unfortunately, the quality of the food was a major disappointment. The pizza, which was the main event, was completely tasteless. It felt as though the toppings and sauce were missing any flavor, and the crust was unappetizing. Very small and less amount of paneer cubes, it's filled completely with only tomato. Seems like cost cutting. The garlic bread was a complete miss as well. It was over-toasted to the point of being hard and difficult to eat. It was so dry that it crumbled when we tried to break it. The only saving grace of the entire meal were the french fries, which were cooked perfectly. While the offer was great on paper, the poor taste of the food made it feel like we were eating for free. The quality was not up to the usual Pizza Hut standard. I hope the restaurant can improve the taste and preparation of their food...

They are serving french fries but if we ask for salt or pepper they say no. woww that too in a food shop they dont have salt to correct their imbalanced tasted food. Manager Rangasamy/Kannuswamy was not even welcoming. You could barely see a smile from his face. He just acts like a professional but not at all a professional. If staffs doesn't know english its fine but here. Manager Doesn't even know English to communicate.. He even questioned in a rude manner to their coworker for serving unlimited pesi in second cup.. which left us very embarrassed . And Cheese burst was not even looking good. I recently had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. Despite being a fan of the brand, I was frustrated with their quirky ordering system for dine-in customers. They insist on QR code ordering, even when the restaurant is not busy. The QR menu offers more options than the counter menu, but the process is clunky. I struggled with payment failures, and when I tried to rectify the issue, my orders didn't show up in their system. The manager only intervened after payment issues arose, forcing us to reorder. This experience was a major letdown. Took us 45min just to place the order.
