It was oily and not juicy at all. And The staff & service:- 00000000.01%And the manger was very busy in the phone talking to her relatives i guess, instead of the stations and the attitude was the manger was very inappropriate she thinks that we are villages who don't know anything about Popeye. Well Ma'am I did see the reviews I know there are few who don't know the difference between jalapeno s and pickles, cause they have not traveled across the 7 seas. I have eaten fried chicken @ Popeye, Hooters, Prince's shack @ Nashville, Parsons @ Chicago, and Street's fine chicken @ Dallas ,TX. And other locals fried chicken at Tennessee and Alabama and they prep and service time is pretty good and fast As i m a part of a band who keeps visiting these place for jazz,Blues, and Rock music fests. So kindly request you not to treat customer by their attire. And pretty bad recruiting by the HR. Anyways please don't waste you valued time in replying back cause I m never gonna visit here again . First things first. Ambience of this place is really good. Appreciate the entire team for this.

Now lets talk a little about their food. Popeyes classic chicken sandwich was the one i tried out first. Bun scores a 5/5 as compared to one offered by competitors today. Pickle was grea. Mayo (nothing specific). The main part is the patty. God, the salt in this piece of chicken was so high that it wiped out the entire flavor if any left on the patty. Overall this salt being high is not something i blame on any including popeyes. It could be the brand standard liked by most americans. But when it comes to us. I doubt🤭. Overall 2/5

Next up was normal fried chicken. Again the same. No flavour excess salt. Way behind kfc and 5 star chicken available next to us. Dont want to rate this.

Cajun chicken popcorn was the last one tried . Wollah!!! 5/5. Amazing taste. Normal salt suitable for indian customers. Excellent flavour , something different from what we have on kfc. Good job popeyes👏👏.

These opinions are purely subjective and i never mean them to be generalised. If this is what majority of us feel on popeyes, i doubt their survival here.

I recently tried the 6-flavor wings at Popeyes, and honestly, it was a mixed experience. Out of the six different flavors served, I ended up liking only one. The rest were either too mild to make an impression or just didn’t taste good at all. I was really looking forward to a burst of flavor variety, but most of them felt underwhelming and forgettable. Some flavors lacked seasoning, while others had an artificial aftertaste that didn’t sit well.

The one flavor I liked stood out because it had the right balance of spice, tang, and seasoning that I was expecting from a brand like Popeyes. It actually made me crave for more, but unfortunately, the other flavors dragged down the overall experience. The wings themselves were cooked fine—crispy on the outside and tender inside—but without a good sauce or seasoning, they felt incomplete.

I would recommend Popeyes stick to fewer but better-curated flavors rather than trying to impress with quantity over quality. For the price, I expected a better taste experience across the board.
