Popeyes - Famous Louisiana Chicken — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Popeyes in Mall of Asia is in one word .. 'alright'. The ingredients used this time were much better than the last few branches I've tried. In some ways, Popeyes is still better than KFC. But there's a lot of their signature dishes and combos that they need to bring in India to be better by a big margin.

The good: Fresh and not dry fried chicken Flavor French Fries

The bad: Staff can't keep up with the crowd. Most seats are dirty. People who don't even purchase from Popeyes block what little seats are available, and the staff do nothing. Still no biscuit Drink sizes are extremely small relative to the rest of the meal's portions. Order number screen not working. Relatively expensive for what you get. One of the touch screen / order stations wasn't working. Neither was the card payment system.

If Popeyes is trying to beat KFC in India, they'll have to try a lot harder and offer more than what we can...

I had one of the most disappointing food experiences at Popeyes Broasted Chicken, Bangalore. We ordered food worth ₹733, and to our shock, they refused to even provide plates! Their ridiculous excuse was “it is countable.” Seriously? How are customers supposed to eat without plates? For the amount we paid, at the very least, some basic courtesy and service were expected.

To make things worse, the taste of the food was absolutely pathetic. The chicken was nowhere near fresh, bland, and greasy – definitely not worth the hype or the money. Combine that with such poor service and careless staff attitude, this place is a complete disaster.

If you value your money, time, and taste buds – stay away from this place. Plenty of better restaurants in Bangalore that actually respect...

My visit to Popeyes at Mall of Asia was a flavorful experience. I opted for the 10 pieces combo, including the chicken sandwich and hot grilled chicken. The food overall was undeniably tasty, showcasing Popeyes' renowned flavors.

However, a slight disappointment arose as all the chicken varieties within the combo and popcorn seemed to possess a similar taste profile, lacking distinctiveness. On the brighter side, the chicken sandwich stood out excellently, capturing the essence of what makes Popeyes special.

In summary, while the food, in general, was very tasty, there was a notable similarity among the chicken types in the combo. Nonetheless, the excellent quality of the sandwich made the visit to Popeyes at Mall of Asia...
