Pork Paradise on Wheels
If you ever find yourself craving the rich, smoky flavor of perfectly grilled pork, look no further than Pork Paradise, the gourmet food truck that is taking the culinary scene by storm. This mobile haven of deliciousness serves up a mouthwatering array of pork dishes, but their pork chops, belly, and buffat steal the spotlight. First, let's talk about the pork chops. Grilled to perfection, these succulent chops were tender and juicy, with a well-seasoned crust that added a satisfying crunch with every bite. Marinated in a blend of spices that danced on my palate, they were served with a tangy house-made sauce that complemented the meat beautifully. It's clear that the chefs take their time, ensuring each chop is not only cooked to the right doneness but also full of flavor. Next up was the pork belly, which was an absolute revelation. Crispy on the outside and decadently rich on the inside, this dish was an indulgent treat. The balance of sweet and savory was impeccable, enhanced further by a drizzle of a smoky glaze that had just the right amount of kick. Each bite was a journey, showcasing the meat's natural flavors while introducing new dimensions through the thoughtful seasoning. Now, about the pork buffat—if you haven’t tried this yet, you are missing out! This dish was an unexpected delight. Think of it as a delightful fusion of textures and flavors, layered with expertly grilled pork pieces alongside a medley of seasonal vegetables. The freshness of the veggies paired beautifully with the depth of the pork, creating a dish that was as colorful as it was tasty. The accompanying sauce tied everything together, adding a delightful zest that left me wanting more. In addition to the food, the ambiance of the truck is casual yet inviting.

Read moreThis has been around for a long time. However, it's still an underrated place.
The menu is small and simple. It's just the pork that they barbeque but they have gotten it so right.
Let me walk you through what's a good line up when you visit this place.
To get your stomach ready for the upcoming pork fest, start with the sausages or the pork kabab. Next would be the pork belly, they have good amount of fat and barbequed really well. Next would be the pork chops. The marination is so right with this. To end it with, is the pork bafat curry with the semia (they don't have this in stock most of the time).
This would be the ultimate Pork fest dinner.
Don't forget to squeeze in the lemon to your kabab, belly and the chops.
P.S. They are available on Swiggy and Zomato but it's 100 INR more and you wouldn't enjoy it as much as u would, when it's rite out of the bbq.

Not much to talk about ambience. They hav few stools setup on footpath to be seated.
Tried pork belly here, the taste was really good. Amazing juicy pieces.
Also tried their pork chops, this was little hard n chewy for my taste, can be skipped.
Also had the pork sausage, this was not that good, can be skipped.
For all the items, the quantity is very less for the prices. The quantity was disappointing. Little heavy on the pocket.
Will visit again for...
