First, a big problem is the parking - not enough space and even though there is a security guard posted, he is more intent on collecting tips than directing to the parking spot. Second, the place is quite small and has a weird smell in it, smells like a choked drain in some areas. Third, the menu is quite limited - funnily I did not find Pasta in Arabiatta sauce (could be my mistake that I did not ask). Fourth, the list of toppings are really limited, but the cheese top topping ratio is quite spot on. There was absolutely no sauce present in the pizza. Fifth, the mac and cheese was the definition of bland - the least I expected was some flavor - an Indian touch could have been given. I don't mean add spices but something to really add flavor. Sixth, the staff are really confused most of the time, chalk it up to bad training - the waiter did not know how to suggest dishes, to sell items or bring in customer loyalty. All in all, if one is feeling really hungry for pizza and/or pasta and all the other pizza joints are shut, this is the place to go to. It is quite surprising that this place has survived for such a long time - I remember eating here last in the late 90s or early 2000s. The decor has not changed one bit since, which is...

Went to your place on Saturday (Original outlet at KR Road) Entered at 11:45 a.m, was told the restaurant was open. I was with a 3 year old. We ordered for 1 soft drink, french fries and 2 thick crust Margherita (regular) pizzas First of all I had to keep chasing the guy who sits at the cash counter for basic service. Somehow this chap believes he owns the place. I have been to your restaurant quite a few times and find the service to be mediocre but really like the food. At 12:25 p.m the service guy brings the Pizzas burnt with the oil from the cheese floating on the pizza. I just find it atrocious that the chef had the guts to serve us this. I made a noise about it. The Pizza chef was least bothered and I was told he was on line with the M.D. I demanded to speak to the M.D and was refused. I paid for the French Fries and Soft drink and left with my kid still feeling hungry. Get your service in order and it may help for your staff to be taught what customer service is and what quality to serve. I really do hope you take this feedback positively and make a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRagoos is a different kind of place where it's actually seems like a house concerted into a restaurant. The tables are small and spread on ground and first floors. The staff is good and did allow us a seating space immediately, though the joint was not crowded. They took the order and soups were served quite fast. We did order garlic bread and family size normal pizza (fluffy). The taste of all items were very good. Though the family size pizza was big for our family, which has members of low appetite. It may be good for a slightly larger family where members might contribute equally towards finishing the portions ;).. Definitely a place to visit and taste, though the ambience isn't anything great to...
