Dear Samosa Singh Management,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the conduct and payment practices at your Samosa Singh outlet in Mall of Asia, Bangalore.
During my recent visit, I was informed by the staff member Ms. Anitha that cash payments are not accepted at your outlet. When I questioned this, she clearly stated that this instruction was given by her Manager, Mr. Manu, who has directed all staff members not to accept cash under any circumstances, claiming it is a company policy to only accept card or UPI payments.
This practice is completely unacceptable and unlawful. As per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), cash is legal tender in India, and no business has the right to refuse it. Refusing to accept cash is a violation of RBI norms and an inconvenience to customers who choose to pay through legal means.
Furthermore, when asked for clarification, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Customers should not be made to feel disrespected or helpless while simply trying to make a legal payment.
I request that you take immediate action on the following points: Investigate the matter at your Mall of Asia outlet. Review and correct your payment acceptance policy to comply with RBI regulations. Take disciplinary action against the staff or management responsible for enforcing or justifying an illegal payment restriction. Confirm in writing that Samosa Singh accepts cash payments across all its outlets going forward.

Read moreHi I had a such nice experience with SAMOSA SING in MALL OF ASIA those snacks was fabulous and fantastic 😍 i really loved it and the quality and quantity were matching to the price which i impressed and i feels u guys keep it up the same taste.... But i really appreciate to the Manager MR Mujeeb and his team they were just like wow to service and treat to the customer. Specially mr mujeeb he treated me very well good my husband also got happy by his behaviour very polite and respectful i guess u guys should have to keep this kind of managers..... I liked everything into this store the snacks the service and the interior I hope everyone feels good to visit even I will suggest my connected people to visit your store
