I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding a recent booking made through your platform for the Boozy Griffin restaurant on 24th May at 8 PM. The entire experience has left me appalled and dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my feedback to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. To begin with, upon reaching the Boozy Griffin location, I was informed by the staff that there was no food available at the restaurant. Instead, they directed us to Simon Says as an alternative. This sudden change in plans was highly inconvenient, considering that I had already made a confirmed booking and had paid the booking fee in advance. It was too late to search for another dining option, so reluctantly, my party and I proceeded to Simon Says. The disappointment did not end there. Upon arriving at Simon Says, we were informed that only a few items from the menu were available. The scarcity of vegetarian options was particularly alarming, leaving us with limited choices and a lackluster dining experience. It was only through sheer effort and last-minute adjustments that we managed to salvage the evening. Such unprofessional conduct from both Boozy Griffin and Simon Says is completely unacceptable. As customers, we trust that when we make a booking through your platform, we will be provided with accurate and reliable information regarding the availability of food at the chosen restaurant. It is the responsibility of the restaurants to keep their customers informed, especially those who have made prior bookings. This entire episode has left me deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by Zomato and the establishments involved. Not only did I have to face the inconvenience of last-minute changes, but I also had to compromise on my dining preferences due to the lack of available options. This place is run by thugs. We entered on a Friday night after paying a cover charge of 500 each. I collected the receipt and they stamped our hands..and we thought that was the case end of the check in process. We ordered a couple of drinks and also claimed the zomato gold offer that one of us had. While trying to clear the bill, the staff asked us for our coupons. We were NOT given any coupons on entry and were not aware that we were expected to carry coupons. Since I still had the receipt for the cover charge, I showed that instead, hoping that we could clear the misunderstanding, settle the bill and simply leave since it was already late in the night. The staff refused to accept our proposal to settle the bill and discounted the proof of payment, which made no sense at all to us. They tried to detain us, picked up a fight with us and then started to record us. I gave them the cash , even more than what was expected of us and tried to leave again and still..the manager followed us all the way to the street , all the while recording us. This place is NOT SAFE for women. Not sure what the management wanted or was trying to do and not sure how this place even has the rating that it does, but I would never ever recommend...

Great selection of Brewed Beers with amazing food consisting of various cuisines. In starters we had the Chinese Style green Chilli Chicken which was deliciously spicy and served in a very creative platter. The Fish Baton served with Spicy Mayo was equally mouth watering. The Pizzas served are all thin crust(my favorite) and crispy. We had the Beef Tenderloin Pizza and we just could not stop eating. For dessert The Flambéing Gulab Jamoon is a sight to behold and equally tasty. They also a great selection of sizzlers and burgers(both veg and non-veg)

Our favorites from their selection of Home Brews were: Sanguine Sunrise(Belgian Wit) Neon Skyline(Hefeweizen) Funky Agenda(Saison)

Cocktails: The Misunderstood: Tequila based drink topped with Pilsner. The nitrogen liquid makes it quite the looker Otherwise: Gin, triple sec, Grape juice with pop rocks. Literally pops in your mouth.

One of the highlights of the place is its music. Everything from The Rolling Stones, U2 & Def Leppard to Soundgarden & Stone Temple Pilots is played here. All in all a great experience, awesome staff and value for money....
